Houssam El Kurdi
CEO, Qatari Investors Group

Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Hello ladies and gentlemen, I will go over a review in English, followed by the same review in Arabic, and then we will move on to questions and answers. Ladies and gentlemen, it's my pleasure to welcome you to the Qatari Investors Group, QIG IRO. My name is Houssam El Kurdi, Chief Executive Officer, and here with me is Mr. Mohammad Shiraz, Group Financial Controller. We are pleased to present to you the third quarter results of QIG Group for 2025. In this call, we will highlight the financial performance of the group and the progress achieved during the reporting period. The group recorded a total revenue of.

4.133 million for the period, which is presenting an 18% increase compared to the same period last year. This increase was primarily driven by an increase in the industrial section and increase in contracting activities such as security sector. Other sectors such as the marine services are showing a decline in revenue as shipping volume has dropped in the country, and it shall improve in the next quarter as well. The group's net profit for the period amounts to QAR 4.100 million, a 15% decrease as compared to the same period last year, an EBITDA of QAR 4.187 million for the period, 14% lower than last year. Finally, we focus our efforts to implement a strategy of diversification in investment to make more achievements that benefit the group and enable us to play an active role in supporting Qatar's economic mission. Thank you.

Now I will move to the Arabic text. [Foreign language]

Speaker 4

Thank you. Thank you, gentlemen, for the presentation. If I look at your nine-month results, your revenues are higher. However, your gross margin has declined, or gross profit has declined. So could you give us more information on what is the reason for this decline in gross profit? Thank you.

Mohammad Shiraz
Group Financial Controller, Qatari Investors Group

Okay. Thank you, Adnan, for your question. Hello?

Speaker 4

Hello?

Mohammad Shiraz
Group Financial Controller, Qatari Investors Group

Yeah. So thanks for your question. We will explain this in. And we believe that the reason for increasing revenue definitely will be, as we highlighted earlier, that we initiated this time export activity. Okay? So the main reason for increasing revenue is this part. And as you are asking, this reduction means reduced size of gross profit margin. So it is associated cost which takes this margin down because of this.

Speaker 4

There's some kind of disturbance. Can you repeat it? Why the revenue increase?

Mohammad Shiraz
Group Financial Controller, Qatari Investors Group

As we explained, we initiated export activity this year. So it is a major reason for increasing revenue.

Speaker 4

Okay. Export. You do export.

Houssam El Kurdi
CEO, Qatari Investors Group

Yeah. And even let me comment on this thing also. For the cost, the drop in the margin is coming also because the gas increased from $2.65-$4. So the increase is 51%. Okay? This issue put a lot of burden on the operation. This is also why we have. And we have high competition on the security system, and we got some projects. Okay? And we are.

Speaker 4

Export.

Houssam El Kurdi
CEO, Qatari Investors Group

Yeah. Okay?

Speaker 4

Thank you.

Houssam El Kurdi
CEO, Qatari Investors Group

Any questions?
