In addition, the company purchases and sells raw materials used for lubricants and specialty chemicals manufacturing comprising base oils, chemicals, and finished products, as well as lubricating oils, base oils, additives, and petrochemical related products.
The company was formerly known as Huan Chew Oil Trading Pte Ltd. AP Oil International Limited was incorporated in 1975 and is based in Singapore.
