The fund invests in fixed income markets of the Global region. It invests in U.S. dollar denominated fixed-rate investment grade corporate bonds that are rated BBB or higher by S&P or Fitch or Baa or higher by Moody’s. The fund seeks to invest in securities with maturity of greater than or equal to one year. It seeks to track the performance of the ICE BofA US Corporate Index, by using representative sampling technique. iShares Broad USD Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF was formed on January 5, 2007 and is domiciled in the United States.
