The registered office is located at Monis Machaira 18, Office 101, 3020 Limassol, Cyprus. The consolidated financial statements of EPH European Property Holdings PLC and its subsidiaries (together the “Group”) for the year ended 31 December 2024 were authorised for issue in accordance with a resolution of the Board of Directors on 29 April 2025.
