The fund invests in the fixed income markets of countries across the globe excluding Switzerland. It invests directly and through derivatives in Swiss franc denominated, fixed-rate bonds issued by governments, supranational organizations, and companies. The fund invests in securities with a maturity ranging between 5 and 10 years. It invests in investment grade securities that are rated as between AAA and BBB by S&P and Fitch and between Aaa and Baa2 by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the SBI Foreign AAA-BBB 5-10Total Return Index, by employing representative sampling methodology.
