The fund uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in the Euro denominated, fixed-rate government bonds with a minimum maturity of one year. It invests in the investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Bloomberg Euro Treasury Green Bond Tilted Index, by using synthetic replication methodology.
