iShares £ Corp Bond 0-5yr UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock Asset Management Ireland Limited. It is co-managed by BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited, BlackRock Financial Management Inc., and BlackRock (Singapore) Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. It invests in GBP denominated, fixed-rate corporate bonds issued by industrials, utilities, and financials companies with a remaining time to maturity up to 5 years. The fund invests in investment grade bonds that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody's. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx GBP Corporates 0-5 Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. The fund was formerly known as iShares Public Limited Company - iShares £ Corporate Bond 0-5yr UCITS ETF. iShares £ Corp Bond 0-5yr UCITS ETF was formed on March 30, 2011 and is domiciled in Ireland.
