The fund invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. For its fixed income portion, it invests in treasury bills, money market instruments or other equivalent short term debt securities. The fund employs fundamental analysis to create its portfolio. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the Scotiabank Canadian Hedge Fund Index. The fund employs proprietary research to create its portfolio.
