CI Preferred Share ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by CI Global Asset Management. It invests in the fixed income markets of the United States and Canada region. The fund invests in investment grade securities rated P (3) or higher by DBRS, preferred shares issued by North American corporations and to a lesser extent investment grade rated BBB or higher by DBRS, corporate debt and convertible bonds issued by North American corporations, trust or limited partnerships. It benchmarks its performance against S&P/TSX Preferred Share Total Return Index. CI Preferred Share ETF was formed on May 11, 2016 and is domiciled in Canada.
