It invests in fixed income markets of the United States and Canada region. The fund invests directly and through other funds in investment grade fixed-income securities issued by corporations, governments and government-related entities and agencies. The fund employs fundamental analysis to create its portfolio. The fund seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against a composite index comprising of 75% of the Bloomberg Canadian Short Aggregate Composite Index and 25% of the Bloomberg Canadian Aggregate Index.
