Year-to-date mining delivered higher-than-expected gold grades, with ounces produced on track and development work supporting a ramp-up to 750 tpd. Ore sorting will double grades and improve economics, while the PEA and permit amendment are key near-term catalysts. Cash flow is expected to turn strongly positive in the second half of next year.
