Us today for the Lytham Partners Spring 2026 Investor Conference. My name is Joe Dorame. I'm Managing Partner at Lytham Partners. I would like to welcome Auxly Cannabis Group, which trades on the TSX under the ticker XLY, and on the OTCQB under CBWTF. Today, Hugo Alves, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, will be taking us through a brief slide presentation. Let's get started. Welcome, Hugo.

Hugo Alves
Co-Founder and CEO, Auxly Cannabis Group

Hey, Joe. Thanks for having me on. It's a pleasure to be here. As you mentioned, my name's Hugo Alves. I'm the Co-Founder and CEO of Auxly Cannabis Group. Before Auxly, I was a senior partner at Bennett Jones, which is a national law firm here in Canada, where I helped build the cannabis practice and really advised on many of the early deals in the sector. Pleasure to be here today to tell your audience more about Auxly. Before we dive in, maybe just pause for a second and please note our standard disclaimers on forward-looking information and non-IFRS measures. All right, let's dive in. At a glance, as Joe mentioned, we are a publicly traded cannabis company that is based in Toronto, Ontario, and our shares are listed for trading on the TSX and OTCQB exchange.

We specialize in the cultivation and manufacturing of cannabis products that we sell here in Canada under a portfolio of own brands. We are the third largest producer of products by market share, 6.9% share of market. Notably, we were the only producer in the top five that grew share in 2025. We're continuing to grow share in 2026, and I think that's largely driven by the success of our brands, including our flagship brand, Back Forty, which is the number one cannabis brand in Canada by dollars sold. It's loved by consumers from coast to coast, you can find our products across the country in 97% of all retail locations. I think that's because we focus on the product categories that are the largest and fastest-growing. Dried flower, pre-rolls, and vapes.

Those three formats account for 85%-90% of all market sales, those are the three formats that we are excellent at. I think we're also one of the few cannabis companies that's attracted a global strategic partner. In our case, that's Imperial Brands, one of the largest tobacco companies in the world. They own 20% of our stock will be a bigger part of our story as international markets open up. I think finally, what I'm very proud to say is Auxly is a cannabis company that is growing profitably. We've been adjusted EBITDA profitable for 11 consecutive quarters, cash flow positive and net income profitable for eight consecutive quarters. We're executing against our strategy of winning at home and growing profitably.

Over the trailing 12 months, we've generated about CAD 159 million of net revenue, CAD 49 million of EBITDA, and CAD 44 million of cash flow from operations. We're generating very strong CPG margins, 50% gross margin. Our EBITDA margin is over 30%. We're converting that EBITDA to cash flow at a rate of over 90%. We're very excited about the future of the company, about our ability to grow profitably. I think that starts with we operate in a growing and stable cannabis market. Canada. More and more consumers are choosing cannabis as their preferred form of recreation. The market is growing. We forecast a rate of growth at about 5% a year between now and 2030. We certainly expect Auxly to do much better than that. Not only is it a growing market, it's a maturing market.

There's better price stability, and a growing brand traction in our industry. We feel great about Canada. We think the market continues to grow, and we think it'll continue to reward operators with great assets, great cost structures, and excellent quality products, which are exactly where we believe we shine. Beyond Canada, obviously, there's a growing international opportunity, whether that's through rescheduling medical cannabis in the U.S. or expanding medical markets in Europe. More and more governments are giving their citizens access to cannabis, and that gives us a larger, longer-term market to grow into. While our focus is currently to win at home, we've always said there has to be a reason to believe you can win away from home. We are performing very well at home, and we are starting to make small test shipments to international markets to test consumer reaction.

We believe we're exceptionally well-positioned to compete in international markets over the long term because of the same factors that have made us successful in Canada. Our ability to consistently deliver very high-quality products at a great value to consumers in the product categories that matter most. I think also, as the global opportunity matures, our strategic partnership with Imperial Brands will help us succeed in those markets. Imperial operates in over 120 different countries, all of the ones that have pathways to cannabis legalization, and we'll be able to leverage their capabilities, their connections in those markets to help us scale efficiently. We are excited about the future, but certainly first and foremost, focused on winning at home. I'll spend just a couple of minutes talking about what enables Auxly to deliver those high-quality products at a great value.

Look, I'll start by saying, while there's no slide for this in the deck, our small team, small compared to our competitive peers, is a key driver for our success. We're a small team. We've navigated the headwinds of the cannabis industry together. We're focused and aligned in our pursuit of quality, innovation, and profitability, and I think that gives us a real edge in terms of our ability to execute with discipline. In addition to our people, we also believe we have the best assets in the business, and I think we'd start with Auxly Leamington. This is a purpose-built facility. It is our cultivation facility located in Leamington. It's 1.1 million sq ft. That's over 30 acres or over 19 NFL size football fields. It's one of the largest cultivation facilities in the world. It's currently producing about 100,000 kg of dried flower a year.

We think we can push that to over 150,000 kg over the next couple of years. Every aspect of this facility is purpose-built. It gives us real scale and cost advantages. We think we're the lowest cost producer in the industry, but let's be conservative and say we're top three. I think where this facility really shines is that it achieves that cost profile without sacrificing quality. Because you can be the lowest cost producer, but if quality or consistency suffer, you're just going to be sitting on a lot of unsellable product. I think quality and consistency is where this facility really shines, and the proof is in the results, right. Back Forty is the number one brand in dried flower, and our two flagship products are our Liquid Imagination and Fire Breath 28 g bags are respectively the number one and number two top-selling SKU total market.

In fact, when you look at the top cultivars on a cultivar sale, like all pack sizes, three of the top 10 selling strains are grown out of Auxly Leamington. No other facility, no other producer can boast that. This facility is in a league of its own when it comes to cost and quality. You'll also hear me talk a lot about innovation. It is central to our success, and I'll speak to it throughout. We take an innovation leadership in our core categories, and I think our focused, data-driven approach to innovation helps ensure that we're able to keep our portfolios fresh and exciting for our consumers and our customers.

For example, in dried flower, through genetic selection and process improvements, we've been able to premiumize a portion of our yield out of Auxly Leamington and offer it for sale at a higher price point under a new brand, South Point, which we just introduced at the end of last year. This is unique genetics, greater degree of hand pending, post-processing, and we're able to get a more premium price point. As I said, we've only just released this. It's already a top 20 selling strain in Ontario, so it's performing very well in market and we look forward to expanding the South Point offering in 2026. In pre-rolls, also housed at Auxly Leamington, our approach is similar to flower. Consistently offer high quality at scale.

We engaged in a R&D collaboration with the world's largest manufacturer of tobacco equipment for half a decade and developed what we believe is the most advanced high-speed cannabis throughput in the industry and really unrivaled operating know-how. Again, this gives us the ability to offer a very consistent, high-quality product at a great price. That approach has, again, yielded incredible results to date. Back Forty is the number one brand in uninfused pre-rolls. It was really driven by the success of our slim product here on the left-hand side of the page. Again, we started to innovate. We've put out this Backpackers product at the summer last year. This was the innovation hit of the year. In fact, the number three SKU total market is now the Liquid Imagination Backpackers product. The top three SKUs total market are all a Back Forty branded product.

We've started to expand our Backpackers offering, and we have another pre-roll innovation lined up for this summer, which is seasonally the best quarter for pre-rolls that we think will be every bit as successful. We're excited about the new innovation in pre-rolls this year. Just to round out our product categories in vape, we operate out of Auxly Charlottetown. This is another purpose-built facility. It's 52,000 sq ft, and it really houses our vape and innovation functions. We've been able to assemble a tremendous team there. They are quality and innovation leaders in vape. Most recently, they introduced the all-in-one vape to the cannabis market. This fundamentally changed the vapor category. It is what's driving the growth in the vape category, and Back Forty dominates here as well.

They're the number one brand, over 20% share of segment, they've accomplished that with this 10-product SKU, which I think is another hallmark of our business that is sometimes missed, which is our SKU efficiency. When you look at our competitive peer set, Auxly SKU efficiency is unrivaled. We're operating with a fraction of the SKU count, that really is a big contributor to our strong margin profile. We're able to really generate high-quality, high-margin revenue from a tight portfolio of consumer-favorite products. We've continued to innovate in vape. Right at the beginning of this year, we launched our boosted product. This is a hardware innovation that allows consumers to get 50% more THC per puff. It's doing excellent in market, importantly, the volumes from the boosted are incremental to our all-in-one portfolio. We're increasing the pie, we're not just reshuffling it.

Just moving on now to our financial results. I think that our latest financial results, which we just announced last week, our Q1 2026 results, I think demonstrate the strength and durability of our business. In Q1 of 2026, we delivered seasonal records in net operating revenue, adjusted EBITDA, and cash flow. Net revenue grew to CAD 39.8 million. That's a 22% year-over-year increase. That's against a backdrop of 2% year-over-year industry growth. We believe we can continue growing much faster than the industry grows. Our gross margin was 55% compared to 48% in 2025. I think we view those improvements as structural. It's the growing strength of our core portfolio and the investments that we've made in our operations to reduce costs. Adjusted EBITDA, CAD 12.3 million. That grew 65% year-over-year, represents about a 31% EBITDA margin.

I think that highlights the financial discipline across our organization and our ability to deliver strong operating leverage, which carried through to cash flow as well, CAD 11.3 million. That's a 92% conversion from adjusted EBITDA and an increase of 101% year-over-year. Very strong financial performance. As you can see, all the key financial indicators are moving in the right direction, and I think those improvements were largely driven by increasing demand for our products. As I've mentioned, year-over-year improvements in throughput and quality, product mix, strength of our innovations, and some better pricing in the Canadian rec market. Importantly, very importantly, we're converting EBITDA to cash flow, and that gives us the ability to fund our growth without diluting and to allocate capital opportunities where we think we can get a great return. Our framework for allocating capital is disciplined.

We invest in organic growth, so our capital program increases spending and distribution. We will pursue select inorganic opportunities where they advance our strategy and meet our return expectations. We're also happy to repurchase our equity under our standing normal course issuer bid. Look, I see I'm out of time, so I'm going to wrap it up and just conclude by saying that we believe we're building a durable company and that we can continue to grow profitably. We have the products and brands that consumers trust and love. We think our world-class people, assets, and innovation capabilities give us a protectable cost and quality moat, and we're generating strong cash flows. We have a strong balance sheet so that we can continue funding growth and improving profitability from our own cash flow. Thank you very much for the opportunity to introduce you to Auxly.

With that, I'll pass it back over to you, Joe.
