About BESG

Invesco ESG Canadian Core Plus Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Invesco Canada Ltd. It is co-managed by Invesco Advisers, Inc. The fund invests in fixed income markets of global region. It primarily invests in investment grade debt securities issued by Canadian federal, provincial or municipal governments and companies. The fund invests in securities with varying maturities. It invests in securities of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. It employs fundamental and quantitative analysis to create its portfolio. The fund seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the FTSE Canada Universe Bond Index. The fund does not invest in securities of companies operating across tobacco product manufacturing or distribution, extraction of fossil fuels from oil sands, mining or distribution of thermal coal, alcohol manufacturing or distribution, military contracting, manufacture of small arms including civilian firearms, provision of gambling products or services, or the provision of adult entertainment products or services, manufacture of nonconventional weapons including landmines and cluster munitions, or manufacture of nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons sectors. The fund employs proprietary research to create its portfolio. Invesco ESG Canadian Core Plus Bond ETF was formed on June 29, 2012 and is domiciled in Canada.
