CI Global Real Asset Private Pool is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by CI Global Asset Management. The fund invests directly or through other funds in equity markets of global region. It invests in the stocks of companies operating across communication services, media and entertainment, media, broadcasting, cable and satellite, industrials, transportation, transportation infrastructure, real estate, equity real estate investment trusts (reits) and real estate management and development sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalizations. The fund employs fundamental analysis with top-down stock picking approach to create its portfolio. It seeks to benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against a composite index comprising of 50% of the FTSE EPRA / NAREIT Developed Index and 50% of the MSCI World Core Infrastructure Index.
