Earnings Call: Q4 2025

Feb 20, 2026

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Hello everybody! Oh, very nice to see so many of you joining today for the presentation here from Sound Dimension. I will just take another minute to make sure we let everybody get on the call before we start off. All right, the time is now 12:02 P.M. It is Friday, the 20th of February, 2026, and it's very good to see so many of you joining for the presentation from Sound Dimension. I will very shortly begin recording this session, so in case anybody does not appreciate being on camera, I encourage you to turn off your own cameras now. And until the presentation from Rickard is over, I would also appreciate if everybody could make sure to keep their microphones muted. There will be a Q&A opportunity at the end of the session. Let's see here. We just make sure to mute everybody.

All right, with that, welcome, everybody. Today is a presentation from Sound Dimension, an update to you as the investor base. I am Kristoffer Lippert. I work at Semper, a corporate finance house, supporting companies such as Sound Dimension here in both Denmark and Sweden. We worked with the company back last year when they did their financing round in the fall. Just here to help host the session today, I'll be making sure to keep an eye on the chat in case anybody feels like asking questions as we go through the presentation. Otherwise, there will also be an opportunity at the end to raise your hand on the call and speak your questions aloud. With that, I'll hand over the work to Rickard, who will walk us through an update from the company.

We have also prepared a few of the received questions ahead of time, which Rickard will also be sure to go through, and then we'll do the Q&A at the end. Over to you, Rickard.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

Thank you. So I'm Rickard Riblom, the CEO of this company. I think I'll actually switch to English. I tend to do this presentation to Swedish. I tend to do this presentation in English most of the time, but now I realize most of you, I think all of you, understand Swedish at this presentation. [Foreign language]

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Yeah, that's fine.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

Kristoffer, are you there?

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

I am here. I'm here.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

Sorry, I need to see if it's a real fire. I don't think so, but it's a fire alarm.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

All right, we'll hold on for a second.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

A few seconds.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Absolutely. In the interim, I hope, of course, this is not a real fire for Rickard, but should you have any questions as you're listening to the presentation, you're free to write them in the chat as well. Otherwise, we hopefully will get a chance to do a Q&A afterwards, once Rickard is done with the presentation.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

Yeah, this was strange. I have a guy. If somebody knocks on my shoulder and says we need to leave, I need to leave this, but I'm going to sit here. Could I ask you, Kristoffer, is your sound of the beeping alarm strong, or can I talk?

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

We don't. I at least do not hear anything. I'm assuming it's the same for everybody.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

Maybe you could-

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

No worries.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

Kristoffer.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

We'll try to edit it out.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

Sorry about this. Okay, thank you. Okay, I think that was a fake alarm. I'll stay. [Foreign language]

If we have somebody who wants something more.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Yeah, we have a few questions in the chat, so I'll kick off with one of those from Fredrik. Without mentioning the streaming giant, are you as a company surprised how long it has taken, or are you yourself surprised that you have not finalized the contract, and been able to come out with news? And you can answer these questions in Swedish, if you prefer, we can.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

Sorry, I'll kick to English. Well, I am partly surprised by how we discuss with some of the bigger companies. But on the other hand, we've managed to get other bigger companies in discussion as in parallel, which is really good. And we should say all companies are bigger companies compared to us. So let's say we should have that in comparison. But sometimes I'm, I kind of understand because I have friends working at bigger companies, and how long time decisions take, and how many players need to be involved. I am frustrated that sometimes they don't move faster.

On the other hand, I understand it, and I really believe what I keep saying is that the smaller companies can take a quick step towards the market, but they don't pay that much. We are small, so maybe they pay enough for us, but they are-- they don't pay that much. The bigger companies, they are slower, but when they make a move, they pay. So this matches my previous discussions in other situations, in other jobs, and this is-- that's why I'm happy. It kind of matches what I think should happen.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Yeah, makes sense. An additional question from Fredrick here. How do you see the competition, such as JBL, that have their own systems to link up more speakers compared to your own system? And would you describe how you think you're better or-

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

I love it because I actually had a—I came home from Arlanda yesterday, and I had a discussion about this with some people. It wasn't about JBL, it was about something else, but JBL was mentioned, actually. And that really, to me, proves why, and why the need is. They sell hardware above EUR 100 a piece, maybe EUR 150 per speaker, and you can connect them together, and then you get sound. A streaming service could offer this for free without anything. So they could—you could say that they could say, we, that means that you prove that we—people want this if they want to connect. I should also say, if you use those JBL speakers, plus your friends' phones, you get way better sound than the JBL speakers by themselves.

So you buy one or two of those that you might want to connect, and if they are charged, and if you brought them to where you are, you still have, if you have them on your balcony or in your living room, with the phones, you have a multi-room systems because you just have the phone. So they prove our point, they prove our case, and we offer the same, only virtually.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Yeah, makes sense. So you could also maybe assume that there would be some sort of pairing with other speaker systems in the future?

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

We actually have some demos on our websites where you can, if, if you go there, where you can see that we sync, phones with, well, Bluetooth speakers, Sonos speakers, and some other speakers, which is-

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Yeah.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

Kind of good. Then you could have one Sonos speaker, and they cost between EUR 100 and EUR 500, roughly.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Yeah.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

But you get the sound for a multi-room system.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Great. We have a question from John. It's written in Swedish. I'll try and translate it into English, but you're free to answer it in, in Swedish, so we make sure that, everybody gets it. Considering the difficulty of getting new tech into B2B, which you described previously, have you considered going, to market with your own app? And, you know, this was also a mention at, our company's IPO, some years ago now.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

Yeah, yeah, we have actually. I just need to think what I can say. No, this is not billion mark. We have together with one of the bigger streaming services, we have gotten their audio APIs, and we are considering if we should lay a layer to this, which we are allowed to do, so that we will make a separate app that would work if you are working with them as that would spread the audio as we are. And then we could sell our. We're actually considering this, and the reason we do consider this is because making an app used to be really hard.

Now, with Vibe coding, the actual interfaces and user interface is quite easy to make, and we need to have a demo version for customers anyhow. We have seen that we've shown this demo version for normal people, and they say, "I want it." So why should they not get it, is the question. So yes, we are developing that one. We have considered really how to push it. The problem is that it takes the focus of what we do, and we are getting good traction in what we're doing, and we're a small company, so we need to focus, not just spend resources.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Makes sense. There's a question from Bernd, also in Swedish, here translated to English, asking how far you've gotten with the agreement, with the larger streaming service provider. And I'll let you decide how much you can,

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

I'll say-

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Yeah, fine.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

Sorry. That's, I can't comment.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Okay. George asks, "How long is the evaluation estimated to take before results are available, regardless of the outcome?" So I guess the question is, when will you know if something positive will happen or if maybe nothing will happen?

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

I think I'll put the shareholder hat onto this and say, when we have a smaller contract signed with anybody, that means that we have started the ketchup effect. And so my proof of our concept is that when we show that somebody else wants this, and that's where we need to go. Is that a good answer to your question? That's my proof of concept. The other proof of concept is when 1 billion people have this in their phone. That's the other end of this. But I think from the shareholder perspective, is when you can feel that a customer, that is not an end user, a streaming service or an app, is signing up for this.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Yeah. I hope that was an answer, George. If it's a more specific question regarding the process with the streaming service provider, as like I said, it's difficult to comment on that. We are nearing the full hour here, so I'll take a last question, and then we'll round off just afterwards. Japema asks, "If the current discussion ends with a 'no, thank you,' will you communicate this immediately to the market?

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

I think we have to, and there are many steps in this. One is the technical, as in the technical, and then it's the commercial, and then it's what... So I think if they would come back to us and say, "Oh, no, no, no, we have canceled everything. We regret everything. Goodbye." Then I think we need to actually,

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Yeah

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

... before, and then we need to tell them, regardless of an NDA, we need to, it's a law. And then, then it's strict. We need to.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Yeah. For sure. All right, we'll get the last question in here from Fabian, just to get everybody covered. The question is: "If the sync goes out of sync, is there a method to fix it automatically?

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

Yeah, no, I think this depends on which app you're using. We have, let's say 2 or 3 music apps that you could test, and the same goes for video. You would probably have a few more, or let's say 2 or 3. Yes, the normal is if you have, if you go into the menu and there is a resync or something, for normal users, I would say swipe away and start again, because these are, I should say, technical demo app. They're not consumer app, and there's a big step there. If the technical demo app works 95%, that's good enough.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Mm.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

If the consumer app works 95%, it's not at all good enough.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Yeah.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

But I would say swipe away and start again.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

All right. Oh, Fabian's question was for later in the implementation, but I assumed there would be a resync feature at that point.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

Yeah, what we do is actually, when we look at integrations, in the real integration, not just the test, then we actually keep checking for sync all the time. So, so-

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

So it will automatically-

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

We opportune this already.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Yeah.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

You can't do this because we're working in parallel with an audio library, and it doesn't make really sense to do this in the demo code.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Perfect. Last question here, and then we do have to round off due to the, the time constraint here. Could you comment on whether the, the ball is in your court or the counterparty's, as relates to the, the larger streaming client?

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

No, no, I can't comment, but I can say, well, no, I can't comment, but it's always a matter of money. I mean, so-

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Mm.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

Well, that's... But of course, I can't comment, no.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

All right. I think we'll round off here. Please note that the email for which you can share questions to Sound Dimension will remain open in case there are any questions you feel like you haven't gotten answers. It's on the website. It's hello@sounddimension.se. So if you have further questions, you're free to write an email there, and the company will look to get back to you. Thank you very much for joining the meeting here today, and thank you, Rickard , for the presentation. The recording here will be maybe edited for the fire alarm, but outside of that, be shared on the company's channels as soon as it's ready. So with that, thank you very much, everybody.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

I have one more thing, Kristoffer. Could I just say-

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Yes, please.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

Yeah.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Please.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

I actually, I'm a sales guy. I love technology, but I only loves technology and system when it's in use. We have apps, and I know that I've seen kids using our apps in school, which I love. It's amazing to see. But also, if you have time, anybody of you, which are shareholders, use our apps. You have different... If you click on our website, address this, and give us feedbacks, comments on anything, because we actually need end users who give us feedback about what is good and bad. It's a new technology, that means we don't really understand what end users are gonna do.

The more feedback we get, the more we tell our customers, "This is good, this is how to do it." So I really want. And of course, I always say, we are in a land of streaming in Sweden, people with good contacts, always welcome.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Perfect. No better way to round off. Thanks, everybody. Have a great rest of the Friday and a lovely weekend when you get so far.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

Thank you.

Kristoffer Lippert
Founder, Semper

Bye-bye.

Rickard Riblom
CEO, Sound Dimension

Thanks for the trust.
