This segment offers blended mineral binders and organic additives under the ADDITROL brand name; specialty materials; and basic minerals comprising drilling fluid additives, ferro alloys, and other industrial products.
Its Construction Technologies segment processes and distributes clay-based and other products for use in commercial construction, landfill liners, and various other industrial and commercial applications.
This segment offers technologies to mitigate vapor intrusion in building construction; waterproofing and green roof technologies for use in protecting the building envelope of non-residential constructions, including buildings, subways, and parkway systems; drilling products that are used in environmental and geotechnical drilling applications, horizontal directional drilling, mineral exploration, and foundation construction; and provides contracting services.
The company’s Energy Services segment offers land-based and offshore water treatment, well testing, pipeline separation, nitrogen, coil tubing, and other services to the oil and gas industry.
This segment also provides equipment rentals for onshore and offshore applications. Its Transportation segment is involved in long-haul trucking and freight brokerage business.
The company operates in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific. The company was founded in 1927 and is based in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
