Company Description
C&W Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company incorporated for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities.
We currently intend to focus on identifying businesses that can benefit from our sponsor’s global footprint, leading brand, operational expertise, client insights, research and data, and procurement scale in the real estate industry, including technologies targeting Proptech businesses and Real Estate Adjacent businesses.
We broadly define “Proptech” businesses as those businesses offering technology-enabled services and transformative digital technologies and solutions supporting the entire real estate lifecycle including site selection, development, construction, acquisition, financing, leasing, day-to-day management, asset management and disposition of real estate assets.
We broadly define “Real Estate Adjacent” businesses as those businesses providing services that are currently non-core to our sponsor, but meet the strategic real estate needs of global occupiers and global investors, such as data center / IT services, asset financing, security, and sustainability consulting services.
