Good morning. I'm Olivier Pomel, Chief Executive Officer at Datadog, and I'd like to welcome you to the Datadog 2024 Stockholders Meeting. Before I call the meeting to order, with us today are several members of the board, as well as senior leaders of Datadog, including Kerry Acocella, General Counsel and Secretary, and Yuka Broderick, Head of Investor Relations. Finally, I'd like to introduce Bill Farr and Tim De Kay of Deloitte & Touche LLP, Datadog's auditor, who are available to respond to appropriate questions. The meeting will now officially come to order. We will proceed with the formal business of the meeting as set forth in your notice of annual meeting and proxy statement. After the formal part of our meeting, we will give you an opportunity to ask questions.

I have at this meeting a complete list of the stockholders of record of our Class A and Class B common stock on April 9, 2024, the record date for this meeting. I also have an affidavit certifying that on April 19, 2024, a notice of annual meeting of stockholders of Datadog was deposited in the United States mail to stockholders of record at the close of business on the record date.
At this time, I'd like to introduce Barry Shapiro of Broadridge, who I'm appointing to act as Inspector of Election at this meeting. Mr. Shapiro has taken and subscribed to the customary oath of office to execute his duties with strict impartiality. We will file this oath with the records of the meeting. I've been informed by the Inspector of Election the proxies have been received for approximately 82% of the aggregate voting power of the outstanding shares of common stock entitled to vote at this meeting. This constitutes a quorum for the meeting today, and we may now carry out the official business of the meeting.
We will now proceed with the formal business of this meeting. There are three proposals to be considered by the stockholders.

The first item of business is the election of two Class II directors to serve until the 2027 annual meeting and until their successors are elected. The nominees for Class II directors are Alexis Lê-Quôc and Michael Callahan. The second item of business is the approval on an advisory basis of the compensation of our named executive officers, as disclosed in our proxy statement. The third and final item of business is the ratification of the selection by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm of Datadog for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The secretary will now describe the voting procedures.

The proposal to approve the compensation of our named executive officers, as disclosed in our proxy statement, is carried. The selection of Deloitte & Touche as Datadog's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31st, 2024, is ratified. We expect to report our final voting results on a current report on Form 8-K, to be filed with the SEC within four business days after the end of this meeting.
