Dynamix Corporation is a blank check company incorporated for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
Our focus will be on targeting opportunities within the energy transition, oil and gas, and power sectors.
Specifically, we are interested in companies and innovations that support the transition towards a low-carbon emitting future, aiming to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions even as energy consumption continues to rise.
In addition to the energy transition, we will also target opportunities in the upstream exploration and production, midstream, and oilfield services sectors.
