AGM 2026

May 15, 2026

Brian Libman
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Finance of America Companies

Good morning, and welcome to the 2026 Annual Meeting of stockholders of Finance of America Companies Inc. I'm Brian Libman, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, and I'll be serving as Chairman of this meeting. Lauren Richmond, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of the company, will serve as Secretary of this meeting. This meeting will be held virtually. Virtually attending the meeting today are Board members as well as Tom Robinson, a representative of BDO USA, P.C., our independent registered accounting firm. Also in attendance is Natalie Hairston with American Election Services, a representative of Broadridge, who will act as the Inspector of Election and canvass the votes cast at the meeting. She has signed an oath which will be filed with the minutes of the meeting.

After the business portion of our meeting is concluded, we will provide time for questions. In order to answer as many as possible, only stockholders who held stock on the record date of March 18th, 2026 may ask questions. Out of consideration for others, please limit yourself to one question. Following any questions, the meeting will be adjourned. At this time, I officially call the meeting to order. Will the Secretary please confirm that the required documents have been completed and affirm that this meeting is duly convened for the transaction of business?

Lauren Richmond
Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, Finance of America Companies

I confirm that the notice of meeting, together with the related proxy materials, was distributed to all stockholders of record as of the record date for the Annual Meeting, March 18th, 2026. These documents and a certified list of stockholders at the record date will be filed with the records of this meeting. We have a preliminary report of the voting results from the Inspector of Election for this meeting. The inspector reports that quorum is present at this meeting. Therefore, the meeting is duly convened.

Brian Libman
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Finance of America Companies

I hereby declare the polls open for voting on the proposals which are described in the proxy statement. Any stockholder who hasn't voted yet or wishes to change their vote may do so by clicking the Vote Here link in the meeting web portal. Stockholders who have sent in proxies, voted via telephone or internet and do not want to change their votes do not need to take any further action. The first proposal is for the election of six nominees to serve as Directors until our next Annual Shareholder Meeting. Our Board of Directors made these recommendations, and no other nominations have been received. In accordance with the company's bylaws, the nominations are closed. The second proposal is to approve a non-binding advisory resolution approving the compensation of the named executive officers of the company. Our Board of Directors recommends a vote in favor of this proposal.

The third proposal is to ratify the appointment of BDO USA, P.C. as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the 2026 fiscal year. Our Board of Directors recommends ratifying the appointment of BDO. Now that everyone has had the opportunity to vote, I declare the polls for voting closed. Has the Inspector of Elections completed the tabulation and report?
