GigCapital10 is a newly organized Private-to-Public Equity (PPE) company, also known as a blank check company or special purpose acquisition company (“SPAC”), formed by an affiliate of the serial SPAC issuer GigCapital Global, for the purpose of entering into a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
We intend to focus on companies in the aerospace and defense services industry and the technology, media and telecommunications industry, quantum technology, cyber and secured communications, and alternative energy industries, and artificial intelligence driven life sciences platforms.
