Thank you, Tessa. I will now describe the matters to be voted on at today's meeting. After all proposals have been presented, we will answer any questions related to these proposals that our stockholders may have. The polls will close after discussion on each proposal. The first proposal is election of eight directors, Leanne Cunningham, Gregory Hewett, Aaron Lee, David Maher, Jan Singer, Steven Tishman, Gene Yoon, and Kevin Yoon, to serve until their term ends at our next stockholders meeting or until their successors have been duly elected and qualified. The board recommends that stockholders vote in favor of each of the director nominees. The second proposal is a non-binding advisory vote on the compensation paid to the company's named executive officers. The Board of Directors recommends that stockholders vote in favor of this proposal.

The third proposal is the ratification of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2026.
