It also provides H&R Block Emerald Advance, a term loan; Tax Identity Shield, a program for protection of tax identity and access to services to help restore tax identity; refund advance loans; H&R Block's Instant Refund, an advance refund; and small business financial solutions, such as payment processing, payroll and bookkeeping services.
