Yes. Let me just get you to share. Hold on. Okay, Mr. Gold, you should be able to share your screen.
Very good. Okay, everyone. I am going to take a few minutes here to speak to obviously the progress that we have made to date and what we as a management team and company see going forward. Recall earlier this year in mid-February, the company had successfully completed its NYSE American IPO, having raised $25 million across a broad array of shareholders, and the intention was, of course, to allocate capital towards what we think are our four tremendous assets in South America, whereby we see really the future of uranium supply coming from on the basis of a historically very successful mining environment, but really sort of in its infancy days as far as critical elements is concerned. I think that benefits the company, the sector, and shareholders alike. So just to recap, currently, company has just over $19 million in cash as of our last financial statements.
Company has no debt, and what we think is to be plenty of runway to be able to deploy capital across at least three of our assets, with two being in Argentina and one being in Colombia. By way of quick background in Colombia, our flagship Berlin Project asset is an asset that had a substantial amount of work performed on it in the past with over 20,000 m of drilling. As a result of the acquisition of this asset in late 2023, early 2024, we had inherited substantial amount of information, as well as a good portion of the mineralized drill core, which we are currently analyzing, and I will get into shortly. In Argentina, like to focus on two assets, first of which is a large exploration property called Laguna Salada, which is over 230,000 hectares in size.
We recently completed a phase one exploration program, which we are currently working through to be able to not just continue to advance the rapid permitting that we've been successful in achieving earlier this year. We are also in the process of determining and going through much of the data that we've accumulated towards what we hope to have a maiden resource estimate at some point over the near to medium term. At Huemul, which is another asset in Argentina, a little bit different than the exploration project. Huemul is a former mine. It comes with the benefit of having operated for 20 + years, very strong on the uranium and copper side. The asset came offline in the mid-1970s. However, we are revisiting it. We believe that from a geological, metallurgical perspective, this is a very promising asset, of course, having been in production before.
When we look at the first phase of exploration results that we've encountered, of course, the last several months, we've reported very encouraging copper levels, very encouraging uranium grades. That speaks to, again, we had acquired this asset, a lot of the information that we had been inheriting as a course of the acquisition and look forward to move this forward as well. Looking out to the end of 2026 and 2027, starting in Colombia at the flagship Berlin asset, we're continuing our field exploration, we're continuing to analyze the historical core and the data and work towards an MRE at that asset. The goal is to have that complete before or during Q1 of 2027, and that's something that's ongoing.
At Laguna Salada in Argentina, that large exploration asset, this is something that, again, we have completed our first phase on a portion of that asset, and we are analyzing that towards what we hope to present an MRE on that asset as well to be able to determine where else in this particular package of hectarage that we might want to go next just for the benefit of the investor. As a reminder, this is a unique asset, certainly from our standpoint, has potential for being district scale, near surface mineralization, not your typical mining operation, if anything, would carry what we hope to be a lower cost model given a potential stripping situation.
Without getting into that, this is, as I said, an enormous property that we're quite excited to be able to continue to advance on the back of the success we've had over the last several months. Finally, at Huemul, the former mine, we're going to work to continue to define targets, advance through the high-value zones. This is part of a land package that the former mine had been on just one part of. What we want to do is determine what that former mine looks like now as far as what we can do with it next, as well as explore the rest of the property, including what we most recently believe we've found indications of a potential 4 km long copper trend that could be quite exciting in addition to the uranium potential.
Our approach over the course of the next six months and 12 months, look forward to hopefully seeing everyone this time next year at our next annual general meeting. The idea is to focus on this early-stage exploration, evaluate those results, and then figure out which are the most promising projects, ultimately deploying capital to those assets that we feel most excited about, both in the context of how quickly each asset could be advanced and, of course, within the political and permitting framework. What I will add is that we have benefited over the course of the last two and a half years, both as a private company and a public company, two very strong political alignments that have happened while we have been working in both Argentina and Colombia.
Earlier this year, Argentina and the United States had signed a Critical Elements, Critical Metals Pact, something that we think would benefit our company as the United States looks worldwide to secure future supply and potentially allocate funding initiatives towards that as well. Then most recently, specifically on September 8th, the same thing had happened in Colombia. We see politically very aligned governments from a mindset standpoint, and we think that is something that will benefit the continent in general and Argentina and Colombia in particular, as we continue to advance these critical elements packages and their potential. With that, Mr. Secretary, that concludes the presentation part of the management's portion this morning.
Thank you, Steve. Are there any questions for Mr. Gold? If so, maybe raise your hand in the bottom of the Zoom platform. All right. Hearing none, thank you all for your participation. I think that concludes today's meeting. Thank you, Steve.
Thank you .
