Company Description
Mericsson Acquisition is a newly formed blank check company incorporated for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
We intend to focus our search on businesses in the media, advertising and entertainment industries that have their primary operations located in Asia.
We will primarily seek to acquire one or more growth businesses with a total enterprise value of between $150 million and $500 million.
