Thanks very much for the kind introduction, Ashisha. Yeah, hi, everyone. Good morning. My name is Dr. Rachel Teoh. I'm a practicing doctor for the past 20 years. I specialize in family medicine, and I also have a master's in public health and with special interests in aesthetic and also family medicine. Today, me and my co-founder, Dr. Siaw, will be presenting to you our product we have built for the past seven years. Our platform, MNDR Platform, that's our ticker, MNDR. We actually have a significant edge in healthcare AI. We have been conducting teleconsultation for the past seven years. We can say that we have the largest volume of consultation done in Southeast Asia. We also ranked 41st in the Financial Times in 2024.
Lately, we have been actually working on a new project, which includes our AI Agent that we will showcase in a while. Okay. Back to you, Dr. Siaw.
Thanks. Thanks, everybody, for your presence tonight. Now, before I begin, I'll be showcasing a few of the videos and what is to come. Now, as a company, we are truly excited about what beholds us in the age of AI and how the company is actually going to usher in this golden age, the luminance zone of AI. Now, I'm showcasing to you something that I think we have never seen in the world of healthcare before. Allow me to just show this video now. Right now, the video is not playing. Just give me a second.
Hi. I want to book a teleconsultation for my sister.
Hi, I'm Cat Sky, your health assistant. I'll help you set up a teleconsultation for your sister. First, I'll need some basic details about her. Let's get started. Please provide all the information about your sister here.
Are you sharing screen, Dr. Siaw?
Yeah. Is it not seen, is it?
Face. I don't see the screen.
Okay. Let me double-check again. That's very funny.
I can see the screen and the video.
The screen? Okay. Okay. Sorry.
Yeah.
You can, is it?
Yes. Yes.
I just need to continue.
There's no sound, Dr. Siaw.
Thanks for providing your sister's basic information. Now, let's complete a few medical details to help our doctor understand her case better. First, could you tell me the main reason for the consultation? Example, fever, headache, skin rash.
She's been having frequent headaches and dizziness.
Got it. Does your sister have any pre-existing medical conditions that the doctor should know about? Example, diabetes, hypertension, asthma.
Yes, she has mild asthma.
Thank you for sharing that. Lastly, does she have any known drug allergies? If none, just say no.
No known allergies.
Just before we finish, do you have any preferences for the provider, like male, female, or a specific provider you have in mind?
Yes, if possible. We'd like to consult with Dr. Collinssey Sidney. My sister has seen her a few times already and feels more comfortable with her.
Of course. Here's the result for Dr. Collinssey Sidney. Would you like to add any other information or special notes for the provider?
No, that's all.
Perfect. I've saved all the details. You can review everything in the note below and make any changes directly if needed. When you're ready, just confirm, and I'll help connect you with the right provider.
Yep. Thanks. You can hear me, right? Now, I will present another slide for you. This is where in real time about the company. Can you hear the sound just now, Ashisha?
No, we could not hear the sound for this one.
You couldn't hear the sound. This is very unusual. Okay, do you mind? Just let me go to the proper presentation. Okay. Hears me speaking, right?
I think we can just proceed, Dr. Siaw.
Yeah. Okay. Okay. How come my slide is not showing? It's funny. Okay. I'll just go straight to the company now. Now, in Mobile-health Network Solutions, it's unique in the sense that, as you can see, our founding mission has always been to provide one of the most affordable, quality, and near-instant care to everybody. Now, in building this, we have harnessed the power of technology and AI to make this impossible possible. Today, in Singapore and the APEC region, we have been ranked one of the fastest-growing healthcare and life science companies in Singapore, the third fastest healthcare life science company in the APEC and number one, 41 overall ranking. We were listed for more than a year now in NASDAQ.
German engineers created a way to multiply your garden hose.
How come there's something very wrong with the presentation? Oh, our expertise, as you can see, that is focused in the field region of telemedicine, wellness, and next-generation Health Operating System. In fact, what we are excited about is what you will see that is coming. Here in Mobile-health Network Solutions, we believe that the vision of the future is actually in building up the AI. Now, you can see in front of this screen now, there are two components to that. It is a unified system whereby we will be delivering a healthcare companion for the patient and a healthcare advisor for the doctors. In doing so, we aim to deliver compassionate precision and a highly intelligent system. It is already a work in progress. The journey has already begun. What does the AI Companion do?
It offers personalized healthcare for life, customized according to the age, gender, and medical histories. It is always proactive, there gently to guide across the spectrum of life from cradle to grave. It is able, as a companion, to do timely preventive and lifestyle support in terms of when to do what, curated specifically your diet, exercise, and wellness plan, delivered timely yet no-nonsense daily alert to guide one's true life journey, making healthcare so simple and easily accessible. It also serves as a vital monitoring device for blood pressure, heart rate, sleep, stress, etc., which we will showcase to you. What is more powerful is this healthcare companion will be the agentic patient's companions. It will customize, recommend the relevant social network to join where we have built in the last few years the communities of care.
It acts as a sentinel to remind the patient of timely outbreaks, diseases. It will send start-of-day greetings with end-of-day reports on the profile of a patient's true life journey. Now, what is unique also is to support this system, we have also rolled out an AI Advisor that empowers doctors and liberates practice. Now, what I mean is this: the AI will serve as a trusted assistant and mentor. It automates the whole clinical documentation processes. It does real-time AI grading and checking of the doctor's note, which we had already rolled out. In order that, it also connects the doctor to a vast global network of friends and colleagues down the world. It allows them to access useful guidelines, videos, journals, and it will continue learning continuously for the top 1% of the doctors.
Now, ultimately, what we will see is the world of the future of a digital twin of elite doctors who handle 95% of repetitive tasks and free the doctors to focus on the patient with empathy, good judgment, and innovation. We are seeing that coming, and we are very excited. Today, our community of care has already spread from Singapore to over 33 countries in the last one year. When we were listed, we were only in 17 countries. Now, what is even more exciting is this: we are the top providers of teleconsultation in Singapore. We foresee that in the foreseeable future, with AI and the technology that is coming up, it is such a scalable model. It can be delivered globally in times to come over the next few years as the AI companion and the advisor learns itself and scales itself. Now, this is our history.
We were founded in around 2016 and going through a few series of important events with certification and finally listed in NASDAQ at 2024 early. Now, what we have done is what you can see here is something that we used to present maybe six months ago. The world now has changed with the AI Agent; we completely transformed the way healthcare is being consumed from text-based to not only just virtual but to speech completely. You will see in times to come, the patient just needs to lift up their handphone, talk to their companion who will guide them from cradle to grave, connecting them to the doctors and the provider as it is. At the same time, offering most affordable near-instant 24/7 care, which we are already doing that in Singapore.
To the doctors, in fact, in our platform today, with the launch of our AI Note and AI Checker, the doctor no longer even needs to do any documentation anymore. I have not been writing any notes for the last three months. Now, it's something exciting, and we are living in a very exciting time where healthcare delivery and consumption will be totally transformed with the advance of AI. We are in the forefront of it. Whatever technology that is useful, we harness them. What you can see now is actually the remote monitoring with AI. Oh, with contactless AI face scan, we are able to access vital parameters and sign across the distance. In fact, this will get better and better down the days. We are truly excited.
We have also—here is also for you guys to have a peek at what the old day versus the new day for the doctors.
Struggling to write clinical notes while attending to a patient? Introducing AI Note. Doctors can focus more on patient care while AI Note handles the note-taking.
Hi Doctor. I'm not feeling well today. My stomach is feeling not well.
AI Note ensures accuracy by filtering out irrelevant conversation. AI Notes let you amend your clinical notes before ending the consultation. AI Notes let you focus on patient care while letting AI Notes handle your note-taking.
Now, today, we offer the most affordable solution for a price of less than $6-$7 . Patients are able to consult a doctor near instantly, timely, any time of the day. Over the past few years, we've won countless accolades, even from the presidents of Singapore, for helping to deliver remote care, especially during the times of the COVID pandemic. The future is bright for us, and we are truly excited. I think we're in the crux of making history to usher in the golden age of healthcare. The reason is big. The market for healthcare is huge, especially in the APEC region. These are the key executives and people who are in our company who are spearheading this charge towards an AI-powered future for primary healthcare.
Just to recap, we are about the leading telehealth company in the APEC region. We offer affordable 24/7 quality near-instant healthcare. Most excitingly, we are extremely pleased to say that we're in the forefront of launching the AI-powered Health Operating System, which consists of our digital twins for doctors as well as patients. We are a company that is on a hyper-growth thread, and we have an extremely high user retention rate of more than almost 99%. We are independent from any third-party payers. Now, this is my last slide. The future is here. We foresee a world whereby there's seamless interaction not just between the patient and their companion, the doctors and their advisor, but between the AI companions and the AI advisor too. We are in the charge to redefine healthcare delivery at scale.
Today, we are truly excited to share that this journey has begun, and it will get better, faster, more efficient. We hope to usher in the age where our system will power intelligent, connected care across the world. Yeah, I think we're open for any Q&A now.
Thank you so much. That was a great presentation. I have a couple of questions to start with, and then we can take some of the audience. Just as a reminder, audience can submit more questions at the Q&A function at the bottom of your screen. I just want to start with the APEC region where you're predominantly focused on. Could you give us a sense of how much of the care is virtual and how much is it in-person? Most of your business is, like, is your business focused more on direct-to-consumer, or is it more focused on B2B and with the pharmacy? Like, if you can just help us understand that.
Just a quick recap. The first thing is on our business. We are mainly serving the B2C customer, although we are also getting a lot of traction from the B2B. Now, the B2C is actually a blue ocean. Our main customer base are the housewives, the elderly, the children who are at home, and the blue-collar workers where there is hardly any B2B support. It consists of more than 60% of the population. The other thing is our focus, although it has been on Singapore for the last few years. There are less than only 15%-20% of the people who are on virtual care. We believe that 85% of all care face-to-face, traditionally done face-to-face, can scale to virtually. In samples , there's still a lot of growth to grow. Across the APEC region, less than 5% are actually on virtual care.
The market is huge. The moment where virtual care is powered by this intelligent companion and advisor, we see something scalable. In fact, I foresee the day that when we deploy our agent to countries that are developing with healthcare standards of maybe 35%, overnight, their healthcare standard can be elevated from 35%- 90% without us doing much. Imagine the AI digital twin that is so powerful, so accurate, and it is being trained on our huge repository of doctors who are truly remarkable, elite, good, outstanding, compassionate primary care doctors coming out from Singapore. Yeah, Dr. Rachel , may want to add something?
Yeah, that was it. Nothing else to add. I've been replying to the questions in the Q&A.
Oh, thanks. Yeah.
Yeah. So one of the questions that is asked is, how much liquidity do you have, and what are the cash needs for the company going forward?
I think liquidity is always a balance between how much we raise. Recently, I think we've announced we have actually a line of $10 million liquidity as standby lines. During our IPO, we raised $10 million. We have a standby line of $10 million to be utilized. I think going forward, what is exciting is even more important is how the company is doing. We believe that in the coming months, and we are hoping to achieve operationally profitability within a year from now, if not two years. We're truly excited because we're at crux of. At the same time, what is the most exciting thing is this, okay? In the world of AI, the main power course has actually come down a lot. Even within our way of coding, our way of developing our products and other things, 85% is actually powered by AI.
We are using AI not only to train our companion and advisor, but to automate our whole workflow and processes. There is something amazingly going forward. We see huge history in the making, actually.
Right. Can you just tell us about how you're generating sales leads and how long are the sales cycle and how do you approach, like, what is the go-to-market strategy like?
Yeah, it is very interesting. I always tell people that we are a truly remarkable company. Up to date, we have spent less than $100,000 on marketing. Yet, we are serving more than, we have more than 2 million out of our population of 5 million in Singapore that is on our platform. We are the go-to place where people come and see us for help, for needs. We're a crying mother, a mother of a crying baby at the middle of the night, seek our platform for help, and they get help near instantly. It's just spread by words of mouth. That's why we believe that as we scale across the region, the brand is very important. The name as a trusted 24/7 companion to journey ones through healthcare that is so sophisticated and complicated, and yet it becomes so simple. That is what actually tugs at the heartstrings of all our patients and doctors who have joined us.
Great. Thank you. I would just want to ask about what your growth plans are. Like, what are the catalysts that the investor should be looking at for the next 12 months?
I think it is important to look out for, number one, although in Singapore itself, we are growing organically. We have also announced we have made major acquisitions and mergers towards Indonesia, which has a population of almost 250 million, being one of the fourth-largest countries in the world. This acquisition is important; it strategizes us to reach and enable us to actually carry out our last-mile delivery of medicine and products as we scale our platform to the Indonesian market to serve the millions of the population. At the same time, we have also started our operation in Malaysia and soon to be in Vietnam. These are the key areas where collectively, they comprise almost close to half a billion of the APEC population. Of course, we are never limited by this.
We are in talks with opportunities to spread our wing over to the U.S., to New York City, where we are based anyway. The future thing, the exciting thing is because we are delivering a platform that can easily be delivered globally now. Anyone in the world who wants to use our system can just download our app and just download our platform. Any doctors can use that and let their patients use it. It will soon be launched in the coming months. That is how we think globally many people can start to benefit from us. It is something that we are equally excited as a company.
Right. If you can just, like, I would like to end by asking if you can sum up the value proposition for the investors who might be looking across digital clinic investment opportunities. What is it that?
I think it's very important. Number one, we are about the world's first company that is AI-powered, building a digital twin that is going to make healthcare equitable, simple, and highly accessible and scalable across the world. Not only that, that brings tremendous value to make healthcare easily available to all. Make no mistake about it, by that sheer number, you can see the value that comes with it, the network effect that comes with it, the doctors that come with it. It can be a big, extremely big companies in the making. The whole process is now accelerated by the use of AI and technology that we are so excited. Something that we foresee takes more than 10 to 20 years to build, it can be done in six months to two years. That is the speed that we are charging forward now. That can be deployed last time, maybe confined to the region, but now can be deployed at scale.
Okay. Thank you. I want to add to that also, Dr. Siaw, thank you. I'm Dr. Rachel here. There are very few companies that have our company-specific combination where we have the consultation, the volume, the scale. Also, we have a healthcare-focused data accumulation. As I mentioned in my reply, in my response in Q&A, many generalist AI that is built, they are actually solutions chasing for problems. What I mean is that there are many AI agents deployed around the world, but they do not have any valid use case. For us, coming from doctors, a platform built by doctors for doctors, we are actually very well-versed in consultation and meeting the needs of the patient. Over the past seven years, we have also been investing in studying on the model and also the data.
It is actually with the advancement of AI agents and also agentic AI. We have actually poured more resources in training our AI model. I believe that of all the generalist AI agents that you see in the market, our company is able to deploy something more specific for healthcare based on real-life doctor-patient communication consultation. The future will be the virtual care that we are able to deliver for patients as we have showcased in our first video. We are able to actually meet the demand from the patient. We are able to improve the patient experience when they use our platform to seek consultation care. That is the value proposition we are pushing across. Thank you.
Thanks, Dr. Teoh. Yeah, thanks.
Thank you so much. It is certainly an exciting market and an exciting time for your company. With that, we're at time. I'd like to thank you very much for sharing the story with us. I would also like to thank everybody else here for listening to us and spending time with us. Thank you.
Thanks. Thanks for hosting.
Do I exit here?
Exit.
Yeah, exit.
