In order to establish a quorum, one-third of the company's outstanding shares entitled to vote at the annual meeting must be represented either in person or by proxy. Accordingly, pursuant to my authority as Chairman of this meeting under Section 2.6 of the company's bylaws, this meeting is hereby adjourned to August 11th, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time, 2:00 P.M. Central Time. If you have already submitted a proxy, it will remain valid for the adjourned meeting. If you have not returned your proxy, we ask that you do so as soon as possible.
