Company Description
Renewable Energy Acquisition Corp. is a newly organized blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
We intend to focus our search for a target business in the renewable energy industry. In particular, we intend to focus on companies in the solar power, electric vehicle and battery storage sectors where our management team has extensive experience.
We shall not undertake our initial business combination with any entity with its principal business operations in China (including Hong Kong and Macau).
