RichSpace Acquisition Corp. is a newly organized blank check company as a Cayman Islands exempted company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
We intend to focus our search for a target business on companies within technology-enabled financial sectors, including but not limited to, blockchain infrastructure, software services, and non-fungible token.
Mr. Bo Wu, our Chief Executive Officer and Director, is a serial entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience.
Mr. Wu has founded five high-tech and Internet ventures which were acquired by other entities with increased value.
