Good morning. My name is Anthony Wood, and I am the Founder and President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Roku. I'm happy to welcome you to Roku's 2019 stockholder meeting. As Chairperson of the meeting, before I call the meeting to order, I would like to introduce you to the members of Board and the business team who are with us today. The second item of business is the election of Jeffrey Hastings and Ray Rothrock as Class 2 Directors. The 3rd item of business is an advisory vote to approve our executive compensation. The 4th item of business is an advisory vote On the frequency of stockholder advisory votes on executive compensation.
The 5th item of business This is the ratification of the selection by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Deloitte and Touche as the independent registered public accounting firm of the company for the Year ending December 31, 2019. That was the final proposal for today's meeting. We received one question relevant to today's proceedings. A stockholder asked, are there No women on your Board. Why?
