Company Description
Sachem Acquisition Corp. is a newly organized blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
While we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographical location, we intend to focus on businesses that will enable us to qualify and operate as a REIT, such as businesses that own and operate industrial, commercial and/or residential properties as well as business that finance the acquisition, development, improvement and operation of real estate assets.
John L. Villano, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, is a founder of SCC, a real estate finance company that specializes in originating, underwriting, funding, servicing, and managing services for a portfolio of short-term loans.
It offers short-term, secured, non-banking loans to real estate investors to fund their acquisition, renovation, rehabilitation, or development of residential and commercial properties.
