I'd now like to turn the floor over to today's host, Leonard Sokolow, CEO of SKYX Platforms Corp. Please go ahead.

Leonard Sokolow
CEO, SKYX Platforms

Thank you for the opportunity to present SKYX Platforms. We are the future of smart and safe homes and buildings. You'll see why. I've geared this presentation for those who are new to the story and also those who are familiar with it, try to hit the highlights. We're expected to deploy over 1 million of our products, including our advanced plug-and-play technologies, over multiple projects that we've already announced. We believe we'll be in over 100,000 homes or units by the end of 2026 in our professional and retail segments. Despite warmer weather, you'll see in our video, our sales of our patented SKYFAN & TURBO HEATER are continuing to grow. The company is expanding this brand new category that we've created using our platform as an all-season fan.

Q1, we announced the beginning of our collaboration with NVIDIA at Ecosystem AI for part of their NVIDIA Connect Program. We are not just like another mobile phone, but we're a platform where we work with multiple verticals that are using the AI and the NVIDIA AI chips. Those things that are being invented now and also that can be invented in the future. We have revenue streams and projected channels include recurring revenues through interchangeability upgrades, AI services, as discussed, monitoring subscriptions, and more. We continue to progress towards our national and ultimately global safety code standardization. We have a team that progresses towards a mandate, being mandatory in homes and buildings. I'll explain to you what we've achieved from a regulatory perspective already. I'm going to show now a little over a four-minute video. It's going to give you an overview of our products.

It's going to give you a demonstration we did at a Marriott hotel through one of our strategic investors, that owns 80 hotels, including 60 Marriotts, as well as an example of that SKYFAN & TURBO HEATER, which is just one idea of the multiple products that go into our platform.

SKYX Platforms. SKYX, the future is here. Advancing, simplifying, while saving time, cost, and lives. SKYX's technologies won seven CES awards and has nearly 100 U.S. and global patents and patent applications. Thomas Edison invented the light bulb that for many years was installed by twisting hazardous wires until inventing the Edison base that became the global standard in every home and building for billions of light bulbs. Billions of fixtures are installed annually while touching hazardous, dangerous wires and risking lives. SKYX has a goal to follow Edison's path to become a U.S. and global standard in homes and buildings for billions of fixtures, including smart home, AI, lighting, and fans, to become plug-and-play, advancing their performance, making homes become safer and smart within seconds while saving time, cost, and lives.

Our Gen 3 Sky all-in-one smart home platform enhances your all-around lifestyle, making your home become smart and safe instantly. It includes the most advanced, smart, and safe features that are necessary for every home. The SKYX all-in-one platform is fully integrated with an AI ecosystem. The Sky Platform installed safely and simply within minutes to the top center of your ceiling, blending inconspicuously with your decor. The Sky Platform is integrated with a backup power failure LED light. In the center of the Sky Platform is embedded the Sky Outlet, as approved by the National Electrical Code. SkyPlug lighting, fans, and accessories can connect with the click of a button to the Sky Platform. A series of Sky Platforms installed in a home could repeat Wi-Fi signal and play the same music throughout the house.

In the event of a fire, the integrated smoke and CO2 sensor would make an alarming sound. The SkyHome app can easily control light intensity, motion detector, light color control, temperature and humidity monitoring, room-to-room intercom, control volume and music in each room. SKYX Platforms.

SKYX showcases its advanced, safe, and fast install lighting technologies in a SpringHill Suites Marriott hotel renovation. First-time installation into a standard electrical outlet box takes a minute. In hospitality renovations, every second counts. With SKYX, replacing or installing light fixtures takes just seconds, making it safe, easy, and cost-efficient. Traditional installation of lighting and exit signs takes a lengthy amount of time. With SKYX's technology, an entire room takes only minutes to install. SKYX's installation system reduces significant time and cost while enhancing the safety of the hotel, its employees, and guests. SKYX delivers fast, professional results for hotels and buildings, simplifying renovations, enhancing safety, while reducing costs and time. Design meets function. Mirrors with backlighting installed in seconds with SKYX. SkyPlug transforms maintenance. No wires, no delays. Simply plug, click, and you're done. SKYX. Innovation. Speed. Safety. The future of hospitality starts here.

Saving time, cutting costs while maximizing safety and efficiency. SKYX's technology is approved by UL, NFPA, NEC, and by ANSI/NEMA. Introducing the SKYFAN & TURBO HEATER, a breakthrough in home comfort. Three-in-one comfort. Fan, heater, light. Good for all seasons. A powerful ceramic heater for cozy winters. A high performance fan for cool, breezy summers. A soft LED light to set the perfect mood anytime. Installs simply in minutes with the SkyPlug system. No wires, no mess. The SKYFAN & TURBO HEATER. The only ceiling fixture you'll ever need. SKYFAN & TURBO HEATER.

CEO, SKYX Platforms

I think that gives you a good overview of the products, the penetration we would have and are already having into the hotels, the hospitality segment, as well as the product of the turbo heater and fan. This is an overview of some of our strategic management team, as well as active advisors. Rani Kohen's our founder and executive chairman, responsible for over 100 patents and patents pending, over 45 of them been granted. Steven Schmidt is a former CEO of Nielsen, the data rating company, as well as Office Depot International, and the AI. For us, it's all about data, and the LLMs and all the AI, they're all very dependent on data. What now is lacking is not the public data which the AI tools could scrape, but also now private data from homes and buildings. There's a huge opportunity in that direction.

Bob Nardelli is a very active advisor, got us into Home Depot. He's the former CEO of Home Depot and GE Power Systems at Chrysler. Our lead director is Governor Tom Ridge, a two-time governor of Pennsylvania and the first head of Homeland Security in the U.S. Al Weiss, former president of Disney, who was in charge of parks, hotels, resorts, cruise ships, and their other products. Lance Shaner is the gentleman that owned that Marriott, that demonstration was performed, and he's been a strategic investor and advisor to us and has helped us access also the Marriott corporate world as we are on our way to being a standard for the hotels. Mark Earley and Eric Jacobson, probably the two most important people, least known, they signed our application for mandatory, built on our existing standards that we've achieved that are already historic.

Mark Earley was head of the NEC, the National Electrical Code, and chief engineer of the NFPA, the umbrella organization for the Electrical Code. After 30+ years as CEO and heading those organizations, he joined us as an advisor, and he and Eric assigned our applications. It's very important. Khadija Mustafa, former head of Global AI from Microsoft, and a very strong perception three years ago that our platform will be a hub and a home or building for AI chip performance and data aggregation. Paul Chernawsky, founder of Endurance Car Warranty, he's our insurance expert, and we believe that the insurance companies will be incentivizing buildings, residential and buildings to use our products, just like a home alarm or other products that prevent fires, et cetera, like smoke and CO2.

Right now, about five of those mandated products for safety are ready, going to be embedded in our Generation 3 platform, which you saw in the video. Our mission is to make homes and buildings safe and smart. The patents I mentioned, 100 pending and granted. There's 45 issued that are global, including China, India and Europe. The TAM in the U.S. alone is over $500 billion. There's about 4.2 billion ceiling applications in the U.S. We're already growing our business through builders, hotels, and pros. We're in The Home Depot, Wayfair, Target, Lowe's, and we have an e-commerce platform or 60 websites that we own since 2023 that we've used to educate and also to start selling our own products and are plug-and-play ready. Our revenue streams will be professional and retail through the sales as well as royalties, licensing, subscriptions, monitoring, AI, and data aggregation.

We believe that we will be supported by the insurance companies, as I mentioned, for reducing fires, ladder falls, electrocutions, among other things. The reason why the builders and the hoteliers Already installing us, and we already have announced projects which I'll describe. It's because we save them already 90% of the time, 90% of the money to install the fixtures. The reason why the regulators have already made us a code standard and we're on our way for mandatory is because we save lives and prevent property damage. Two very important constituents. The revenues we've had in 2023 are $58.8 million, $86.3 million in 2024, $92 million. We've had now, after a Q1, 9 quarters of consecutive comparable quarter growth year-over-year. This is an announced city for a smart city in Miami that there's downtown Miami, Wynwood, where Art Basel is showcased.

We're just north of that 63 acres. Two billionaire developers building in Miami for multiple decades signed a 200-year land lease from the city of Miami to build this development, including a new Tri-Rail station, urban living parks. The X factor, as we call ourselves, Smart X, is our smart platform to making all of this safe and smart. This has been an announced project. It'll be a three to four-year build-out. We probably should start seeing construction next year. We expect around 500,000 units conservatively of our product in that smart city. It's developed by, the design is Arquitectonica, a world-renowned architecture firm that became famous for doing the Microsoft building in Paris. Again, it's groundbreaking. It's given us a lot of profile internationally. It's a whole area because we're able to deliver this platform of products in an Ecosystem AI.

The announced projects, important, two in Texas. We have a collaboration in the Middle East and Saudi Arabia and Egypt. There's a lot of hotels on the board for that region and growth, as well as a massive amount of residential building. The North Carolina smart home development's been announced next to the Microsoft mega park being built. We've also announced Pittsburgh and New York, the smart home community. Again, just that community alone, we're looking to supply 10,000 of our products or units there. We have a strategic partnership we've announced with a European hotelier, Group Ott. We've already announced two hotels getting renovated and additions using our platform of our plug-and-play. Our product works in 110 and 220 volt, are ready for basically global expansion.

These hotels, some of them include historical heritage sites, one in France, then there is one in the Czech Republic. The Smart City, Austin, Texas project, San Antonio, North Carolina, Saudi, New York, Europe, the two hotels. The hotelier wants to do it for all their hotels and buildings, as well as we have a separate agreement where they could be a representative, an agent to sell to others on a non-exclusive basis. We have the opportunity to be the Tesla of smart homes. We have the smart platform that works with all of the fixtures, and we have the ability to go into the outlets, wall switches, et cetera. When you add up all these points of contact, you are looking for the smart fixtures, the fixtures itself, and the outlets.

They are around 60 per home, and the outlets for wall switches and outlets are about 30. You are talking about 90 locations. This is the ability for us to really control and command the whole house. Our whole model is built on the razor and razor blade, meaning that once our receptacle is installed, anything that plugs in is our product. Our patents cover both the female, the receptacle, and the male, the plug-and-play plug. A third of our patents cover anything that is smart, a sensor, sound, voice, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, that touches either side of this is our patents that we control. Again, this is a whole ecosystem, and once these razors, as we call it, our receptacles are installed, it really becomes universal, and it leads to a future of products that we will either have produced or will have licensed.

Again, you saw our generation 1 plug-and-play, 2 smart plug-and-play, which we are already selling these two for the last several years with our app. That works all cloud-based. Generation 3, which will be out the second half of this year, which will basically include anything that we want to have included. We have all these features already, the speakers emergency CO smoke detector, CO detector works with Amazon and Google, just like our existing generation 2. All of the above and anything that is not invented could work on this. What do we give someone? We give someone the. We have unlimited electronic real estate. We have the best location in the home, in the center of the ceiling, and you can still put a light fixture in the middle. Again, the idea of generation 3 we took from the iPhone.

Now all of a sudden everything is all on one device, and we have the same thing. It is not rocket science. We just took the same model. What we solve, and the reason why over 95% of the homes in the U.S. are not smart is because of this. To do one room and to integrate and synchronize different gadgets, different smart features and install, and the latency and the synchronizing, it could take you a day or more to install. Our all-in-one platform could take 3 minutes. Just clicks right into the receptacle, and it all works already with our app. Again, once we have the whole ecosystem for light switches, we will have the whole house. There is no other solution out there like it. Again, the platform, the location, implementing existing technologies into all-in-one platform.

We can monitor. We'll have smoke and CO. There'll be an audible if there's a fault or smoke and it'll be an alert on the app, on the phone. If you want, for a monitoring fee, we'll call the fire department or police department, 911 calling, et cetera. Having this location, having Wi-Fi and Bluetooth with our products generation 2 and the all-in-one platform gives us the ability to aggregate data which is the missing element in a lot of the LLMs that are out there is having private home data. Apple doesn't share theirs, Google doesn't share theirs, Samsung doesn't share theirs. We have the ability to aggregate legal anonymized data that will be quite valuable. Our ability to penetrate homes quickly will be as impressive.

It's different than even a Ring or a Nest because everyone is going to want a light or a fan or some type of fixture that it'll come with our ability to aggregate data. Again, we talked about the regulators and insurance companies. That's going to be an important development as the year, next year bear. We'll see a greater adoption and greater features that'll be put as a premium for safety and for preserving property. The reason why we're in this location and it's the optimal is that, like for example, people put a Wi-Fi extender in the side in the wall because that's where the power is. When you have a Wi-Fi extender or Bluetooth and it's in the center of the ceiling, when you have unlimited power you increase the range and the speed two to three times.

This is a very important factor in why these extenders that go on the sidewall usually become problematic as they go through even a room hitting furniture, et cetera. The all-in-one platform, I think you have a concept of having all these features in them for safety and for smart. We have post-sale revenue streams of data for AI services, subscriptions, like we said, calling up the fire department, monitoring. It's very important and very unique for post-sales, and to being able to have a value there even after we've sold the product. Again, saving time. One bedroom could take a few minutes to install a smart home within a few hours, not weeks. A building, days not months. Again, the reason why we've penetrated already is the 90% of the time, 90% of the labor costs that we've saved.

The future is here. We've done a demonstration with the prefabricated homes. It makes a lot of sense. This is really part of the Tesla concept. You could put our receptacles at the factory in these prefabricated, in the modules, bring them out to the property and assemble and light it up when everyone's ready. Nothing gets damaged. It's just a matter of click, click. This is the regulators, this is what the market's missing. It's really important to understand is that we have been through all these changes where it's all about safety. We went to the wall outlet from 1904. This has not changed. It used to be wires. Of course, the Edison bulb was done with wires, then became a standard till the Edison base was invented.

The '80s we saw the GFCI that went into bathrooms and kitchens for people were dying became mandatory. If it was built after the mid-'80s, a home or a building. By the way, these guys still collect a royalty. In 1991, these plugs had to get put on the end of hairdryers, curling irons, et cetera, for bathrooms. It's still required as of this day. We come along. SKYX invents the solution for this age-old problem with the three wires from the junction box, and all it takes is our receptacle. The three wires go in it, and you screw into the bracket, takes you a few minutes, and you're done. You'll never change it again. No one will ever touch wires again.

What's happened is that we solved this problem, and we've come up with a solution, time, cost, fires. Our device holds 200-plus pounds each locking mechanism. The junction box is only coded for 50 pounds. The key is that we've already voted, and this is our FDA equivalent concept. We've already been voted into 10 segments of the National Electrical Code. We are a standard. This has gone on for 14 years. That's the bad news. To get mandatory can take 14 years or 15 years, like a lot of the prior inventions, and we've already been at this for that long. We're ready for mandatory. We've checked all the boxes. We've also received ANSI and NEMA approval, which most people don't know what that means, but you can't get in a building or a home, a building or a commercial building without ANSI approval.

You need that for rebar, for concrete, et cetera. We received that over two years ago, and which was really historical, and even more historical is that because of these changes in the code, they've changed the definition in the National Electrical Code to include two receptacles. One is this one from the early 1900s, and the other is ours. More important, they've given us a generic name, WSCR, Weight Support Ceiling Receptacle. This is historic, and I don't believe the market has yet appreciated this. We have, the next step, again, is mandatory. They did this because their own data shows that there's over 400 deaths per year from people putting in fixtures in the ceilings incorrectly, over 500,000 ladder falls, thousands of deaths from ladder falls.

Not only the NEC is mandated to include, to consider now the mandate, but also the CDC, the Centers for Disease Control, and then the CPSC, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, that all those are responsible for considering and making this mandatory. All of these achievements have enabled the builders and the hoteliers to install what we have, get their CO and their permits, even without putting a fixture in. Just like you, they put a wall outlet in, they put ours in, and they could get their CO and permit. After that, they could then put in the fixtures or fans or whatever other smart devices they want. This is what's groundbreaking, this is what's driving what we have long term. The fact that we could be a full ecosystem is really material in the future of homes.

No one else has this position. You can't really name one company that is a smart home company. You can name one electrical car company, but before that, there was no other Tesla. We know what we have. I think it's exciting. Our global applications are over $10 billion, U.S. $500 million, which I mentioned annually. We think the applications are vast. Whatever's invented in the future, we know that we can plug in here. Once this is a standard, like a wall outlet, we know that'll plug in here. Again, because of our patents, we'll either have a license or, well, it'll be our product. Once it's mandatory, we have to license the product on a non-discriminatory basis for fair royalty. Just our basic plug and play.

Anything that's smart is still within our control. What's really interesting is that there's only been one company, Eurofase, that's announced a license agreement with us. They've determined that because of what we have, they've already thought it was in their interest as a company supplying lighting to residential and commercial and hotels to have our plug and play solution. We signed a five-year licensing agreement. It's material because this is happening, and it's happening without the regulatory mandate, and that's because the market is driving it. It shouldn't be lost in what it is that we've achieved. All of our products are pretty straightforward. Again, anything invented in the future will lead into our outlet.

If I could, then I would appreciate any questions or comments which you could provide through our one-on-ones, or you could follow up and get my contact information. I'd love to discuss anything in greater detail and have it arranged for a Zoom, whatever makes sense for you. Appreciate your time, and thank you very much.

That concludes SKYX Platforms Corp.'s presentation. You may now dis-
