Please give a warm welcome to the CEO of SKYX Platforms, Lenny Sokolow.
Thank you very much. I know some of you may be familiar with the company. I am going to assume I am educating everyone equally. Let me start with a quick video of our products, and then I will get into some of the highlights.
SKYX Platforms. SKYX, the future is here. Advancing, simplifying while saving time, cost, and lives. SKYX's Technologies won seven CES awards and has nearly 100 U.S. and global patents and patent applications. Thomas Edison invented the light bulb that for many years was installed by twisting hazardous wires until inventing the Edison base that became the global standard in every home and building for billions of light bulbs. Billions of fixtures are installed annually while touching hazardous, dangerous wires and risking lives. SKYX has a goal to follow Edison's path, to become a U.S. and global standard in homes and buildings for billions of fixtures, including smart home, AI, lighting, and fans, to become plug-and-play, advancing their performance, making homes become safer and smart within seconds while saving time, cost, and lives.
Our Gen 3 Sky all-in-one smart -home platform enhances your all-around lifestyle, making your home become smart and safe instantly. It includes the most advanced, smart, and safe features that are necessary for every home. The SKYX all-in-one platform is fully integrated with an AI ecosystem. The SkyPlatform installed safely and simply within minutes to the top center of your ceiling, blending inconspicuously with your decor. The SkyPlatform is integrated with a backup power failure LED light.
In the center of the SkyPlatform is embedded the SkyOutlet, as approved by the National Electrical Code. SkyPlug lighting, fans, and accessories can connect with the click of a button to the SkyPlatform. A series of SkyPlatforms installed in a home could repeat Wi-Fi signal and play the same music throughout the house. In the event of a fire, the integrated smoke and CO2 sensor would make an alarming sound. The SkyHome App can easily control light intensity, motion detector, light color control, temperature and humidity monitoring, room-to-room intercom, control volume and music in each room. SKYX Platforms.
SKYX showcases its advanced, safe, and fast install lighting technologies in a SpringHill Suites Marriott hotel renovation. First time installation into a standard electrical outlet box takes a minute. In hospitality renovations, every second counts. With SKYX, replacing or installing light fixtures takes just seconds, making it safe, easy, and cost-efficient. Traditional installation of lighting and exit signs takes a lengthy amount of time. Now, with SKYX's technology, an entire room takes only minutes to install. SKYX's installation system reduces significant time and cost while enhancing the safety of the hotel, its employees, and guests. SKYX delivers fast professional results for hotels and buildings, simplifying renovations, enhancing safety, while reducing costs and time. Design meets function. Mirrors with backlighting installed in seconds with SKYX. SkyPlug transforms maintenance. No wires, no delays. Simply plug, click, and you're done. SKYX, innovation, speed, safety. The future of hospitality starts here.
Saving time, cutting costs, while maximizing safety and efficiency. SKYX's technology is approved by UL, NFPA, NEC, and by ANSI/NEMA. That gives you some idea of the products that we have, and just go through real quick, so you'll have an overview of the company and what we've done and where we're going. Just very quickly, I know a lot of people put their board and advisors in the back. Because we're a small NASDAQ company, we have an unbelievably impressive group involved with us for a reason. I have Steve Schmidt, my President, who's a former CEO of Nielsen and President of Office Depot International, and he really understands data. That's an opportunity for us long-term with data and having Wi-Fi and Bluetooth in homes and buildings. Bob Nardelli is a very active Advisor to us, got us into Home Depot. He's former CEO of Home Depot, of course GE Power Systems and Chrysler.
Al Weiss, former president of Disney, who did a lot of development with Disney parks, resorts, and even cruise ships. Our Lead Director, Tom Ridge. Governor Ridge is a two-time governor of Pennsylvania, former head of Homeland Security. I have been on the board with him for over 10 years. Lance Shaner, that was his Marriott we did a demo on. He owns 80 hotels, 60 Marriotts, 20 Hiltons. Probably the most important two guys, least known, is Mark Earley, former CEO, head of the National Electrical Code for over 30 years, and Eric Jacobson out of Texas, former head of the American Lighting Association. They have signed our application with the National Electrical Code to be mandatory. We are already a code standard. I will explain that real quick. Khadija Mustafa, former head of Global AI for Microsoft.
Our All-In-One Platform, she believes, is the best hub in a home or a room for aggregating data for chip performance, AI, et c. We have a great team. We finished Q2 with about $27 million in cash. We have had 10 consecutive quarters year-over-year comparable growth. You see our trends in 2025. We finished at $92 million in revenues. We announced and we closed last week a merger with Deako. It is a smart home, Silicon Valley-based company, and they were aiming to lead the smart home and builder markets with their.
Together with us, our combined markets into that whole channel. They had over $26 million in revenues last year in 2025. They shipped over 32 million units of its smart -home technologies and switches. They work with 50 U.S. home builders. We just announced another one today, press release, Miranda Homes, and their builders include D.R. Horton, Toll Brothers. Their lead investors and on their board with Paul Jacobs, former CEO of Qualcomm, which was Qualcomm was a platform company, obviously Apple phones use them. When he invested in Deako, he viewed Deako as a platform into the homes and buildings with light switches and wall outlets.
When he saw what SKYX had, he said, "This just makes so much sense as a platform company." We are an open system. I will show you how and why. Over the 25 million, they have shipped over 32 million units in their lifetime as a company, Deako. The other director of Deako was Marwan Fawaz, former CEO of Nest. Again, open platform and a very compelling group and investors that they have. They are now post-merger, their investor group is about 15%, one five, of SKYX.
We believe together in that builders channel that Deako had, we could increase the revenues fivefold. Their average sales price and the amount of receptacles and outlets they have, combined with the amount of receptacles and outlets that we address, indoor, outdoor sconces, which is probably 2x of what they do, we will address about 90 outlets. Our average sales price of our products is about up to fivefold. We think we will get a lot of leverage out of that channel. We think that the combined pipeline will be about four million units that we are projecting. The average sales price blended between all the products is about $50. Together, we have 120 patents that we have been granted and pending applications, and we have already pre-merger worked on the cost-saving synergies, and we think there will be about $6 million in savings.
Together, our buying power and the ordering power is going to be much more compelling. We save lives, our mission. We save costs, we save time, and simplify and advance all the builders and the big developments that we've done, and you'll see those. It's because the builders and developers save 90% of the time and 90% of the money to install fixtures and sconces, fans, etc . They're doing it for commercial and economic reasons. Of course, it's a lot safer. The total addressable market in the U.S. is $500 billion, and it doesn't include recurring revenues because once you have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, we have subscription services, monitoring, call 911, as well as data aggregation. We'll be able to aggregate and legal anonymize data. Our revenue streams are product sales, interchangeability, easy to click in, click out.
Licensing, we've already announced our first licensing agreement with Eurofase, which is in the lighting industry. It's PE-backed. Why did they license from us? Because they see the penetration we're getting, and we've signed a five-year non-exclusive license. Together with Deako, we've addressing all these builders and also leveraging all the retail channels that we're already in with Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, Walmart, Amazon, Wayfair, 1StopLighting, which is one of our 60 websites we own. We announced last year a smart city. Two of our investors, billionaires in Miami, been developing there for multiple decades. They signed a 63-year land lease just north of Wynwood, which is where Art Basel is. They have every year in north of downtown Miami, you see South Beach in the foreground. They signed a 20-year land lease with the City of Miami to build a smart city.
We're the component that makes it smart. It's a three to four-year project, and we've projected over 500,000 units of our product. Again, blended, depending on the simple fixture, spotlight, or smart devices. It'll include a new Tri-Rail station and mixed-use, etc . Besides the smart city, we've announced a few weeks ago, two Trump Towers in Hyderabad in India. It's kind of the Silicon Valley of India. Two 65-story towers. Austin, Texas, we have a multi-family residential going up. In San Antonio, the same thing, making it smart, those buildings. These are all the announced deals. North Carolina, smart -home community. Pittsburgh, New York, smart home community. Then we signed a collaboration agreement for Saudi Arabia and Egypt, which, of course, is quiet now because of the war, but there's a lot of the hotels and commercial and residential development on the planning boards.
In Europe, we have two hotels that we've already signed to renovate, just like you saw that Marriott demonstration in Pennsylvania. One is in France, and one is in Prague, in the Czech Republic. We've also announced Lance Shaner's hotel in Durham for a Marriott for a renovation. So we've got a lot of projects and more to come. The reason why, again, the builders and the hoteliers are doing this is time and money, and especially when they have to renovate, they're getting their inventory, their rooms back in service as soon as possible. These are the smart home market between the two products of combined companies now with SKYX and Deako. We have all the ceiling sconces, smart. Everyone has got a smart product. We have AI pathway, sensors, et c, and together, we'll address about 80 points of the connection with a house.
As you could see here, we already collaborate with Google Home, Alarm.com, Apple, Siri. Our device you could talk to, lights on, lights off, by voice, by your app. We work with Control4, the combined company, and more important, everyone's using this Matter chip, Matter, which allows the smart devices to talk to each other. We plan on being, again, open platform. We will work, if Apple wants to come and license our Generation 3, happy to. Our patents cover the receptacle and the plug. Unusual, because the guys that invented the wall outlet had a patent on that, or the GFCI, which you will see, had patents, but not what plugged into it. We have both sides. Anything that is a sensor, smoke, sound, anything that touches either side, those are our patents. Again, they are global. Both companies together, it is a razor and blade model.
Not to be trite, but once you are embedded as a receptacle or outlet, people don't change. When was the last time you changed your wall outlet? With having a receptacle or a wall outlet that you could click in something new or more upgraded without having an electrician or calling a Control4 technician, it is a game changer, and it has really changed the world. We already have exit signs and emergency lights landed for the hotels. They get damaged all the time, and right now they are put in like a light fixture and wired, and you don't need an electrician, you just have a maintenance person come and click it in. They all have to have batteries inspected all the time under local codes. Again, the product lines that the Deako subsidiary of SKYX Platforms has and ours, and the builders we address.
Now you want to make a one-bedroom smart, you are talking about minutes. With the app, it is ready to go. A home, large home, is hours, not weeks, and a smart building could be days, not months. This is the game changer, and 100% of our cars are likely smart almost because we are sending some data somewhere to somebody, but the homes don't have that much data going out. If you have Alexa or Google or Samsung smart TV, they are not sharing that data. A lot of it is the wiring, even like a Control4 smart system, all those switches are wired into the home. With Deako's receptacle or with our plugs, it is click in, click out. There is no wiring anymore. A resident could change and upgrade and fix anytime they want.
We solved this problem of integrating multiple units, devices, wiring, etc , and we came up with our Generation 3 all-in-one solution. We are having production this quarter. We think that be able to set up in minutes and have an app working and everything synchronized, and basically, we could put anything on that platform. It has got the chipset size of four to five times an iPhone. We could accommodate anybody or anything that is not even invented now or something in the future. We have basically knocked off the idea of an iPhone. We had all these multiple devices, multiple products working separately, and now everything is on one device, flashlight, et c. We have a tremendous amount of features on the Generation 3, which you saw in the video.
Post-sale, we have monitoring, because if you want us to call the fire department, the police department, subscriptions, if we are able to generate music or books, we have revenue. Most important is data aggregation, where we are able to aggregate legal data and be able to monetize that and sell it. That is down the road for us once we have critical mass, but our ability to penetrate into homes and buildings is even much faster than an Alexa or a Nest or a Ring doorbell because everyone is going to need a light or a wall switch, and it is our entry way into gathering data in a home.
Khadija Mustafa from the Microsoft AI person, she basically, the obvious solution of having our All-In-One Platform in the ceiling, the example is that when you look at an extender, people always put it in the sidewall because that is where the power is. By the time your Wi-Fi extender reaches the other side of the room, it is pretty worthless. When you have our Wi-Fi extender, which we have in our Generation 3, or a repeater, and/or in Bluetooth, the range and performance is 2X to 3X, and there is nothing in the way. That is why when you have one in each room, you have got broad coverage for your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It is a mesh system. This is how Deako's plug-and-play works. That blue box is a standard junction box.
That gray is their receptacle, and then the outlet or whatever it is, or standard rocker switch or something smart, will just click in with a cover plate if needed. It is click in, click out. They have done a good job like with Toll Brothers. If Toll Brothers sells a smart home, they may sell it with only three smart switches and the rest are standard. They have a team that calls each new homeowner says, "Do you want to upgrade? Do you want to make your whole house smart? We could sell you a box of 10, 20, 30 Deako smart switches. It works with the app you have already." The homeowner could click it in, click them out, click the old ones in, and do-it-themselves.
They could really help us once we have more receptacles out there to do aftermarket sales and upgrades. It is an open market with the doorbells now, with the video doorbells and with the locks and also the visual keypads, where you could see you have a picture like an iPad, a small iPad. It goes in a three-way switch. The products we talked about, you have some idea. The SkyFan & Turbo Heater, we think we will see some impact from it from Q4 and in Q1 of next year. It is in the big box retail channels. There is nothing else like it. It is for all-season fan. We already have feedback where we are expanding that line to bigger fans and all with heaters in them and again, year-round. No one else has something like this. Global patents. This is our FDA slide.
Just wanted to be real quick on this. The manufacturers, the builders, the developers, they have got us because they are using us in doing these deals because we make economic sense. We save them time and money. The regulators have backed us because we save lives and property damage. This is their cycle of when they identify a problem, they have got to fix it. We have all these approvals, including ANSI and NEMA, which is for buildings and hotels. In terms of amount of wiring that could go wrong, it is really an exceptional amount.
If you are looking at the 500 annual hazardous wire installations a year, and 5% could go wrong, which is a big number. Regulatorily, this is what happened when things got mandated, which were applied from mandatory. If you look at the GFCI in the middle, that is 19, mid '80s, which is still mandatory. You cannot build something or get a re-permit without that. I was the General Counsel and the VP of a company. We made hairdryers in 1991. We had to put that outlet at the end of hairdryers.
That became mandatory. That was actually the CPSC, which is an organization that make us mandatory also, or the CDC, which is the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Then we come along and solve that problem. We have been to the moon, but no one has fixed that outlet box or the sconce box or whatever with the wires, and we have got the plug-and-play . It is because the injuries that have happened and the amount of deaths, their own documentation. In the last 14 years almost, we are in 10 code provisions, we have become a standard in the National Electrical Code.
We have received ANSI and NEMA approval and after 120 years, and this is where I think the market is missing a little bit, is that they have changed the definition of receptacle to include not only the wall outlet where you plug in your phone charger, but our receptacle. That definition has happened. It is historic. They have also given us a generic name like the GFCI. They have already given us a generic name, WSCR, weight support ceiling receptacle. This is why our next step now after all the code provisions we have is to get mandatory. Once it is mandatory, 23 other countries will pick us up in terms of their safety codes. We ready again, the commercial side is pulling us. We already have a license. There is more to come.
This mandatory is just a, it is an exceptional event that for us it is not a question of if, it is a question of when. We have all the applications in. The injuries that they are solving is why they are doing this. I do not need to go through it, but there are hundreds of deaths a year, and ladder falls are even worse. That is it for now. Any questions? I am sorry, there is not a lot of time, but if there is any, I will be in the back or outside. You guys want to, anyone wants to talk or ask questions, I would be happy to. Thank you very much.
