Company Description
Sparta Healthcare Acquisition Corp. is a newly organized blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
We intend to focus on industries that complement our management team’s background, and to capitalize on the ability of our management team to identify and acquire a business, focusing on early-to-mid stage companies in the biotechnology and/or therapeutic sector of the healthcare industry in North America.
In particular, we intend to prioritize companies in the life sciences and pharmaceutical services sectors where our management team has extensive experience.
Our primary focus will be on targets that have mid-to-late stage clinical therapeutic candidates for a variety of indications that includes, but is not limited to, oncology, aging, inflammation, cardiovascular disease, acute care therapies, regenerative medicine, immune therapies, genetic therapies, anti-viral therapies, anti-bacterial therapies, central nervous system (“CNS”) disease, metabolic disease, and cellular therapies.
