Stellaris Growth Acquisition is a newly-organized blank check company whose business purpose is to effect a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
We intend to focus on industries that complement our management team’s background, and to capitalize on the ability of our management team to identify and acquire a business, focusing on the data centers and internet technology sectors, where our management team has extensive experience.
Sectors we plan on exploring include, but are not limited to, technologically advanced segments of the medical, biotechnology, digital, data and data science, industrial, and financial fields.
