Company Description
Vistas Acquisition Company II Inc. is a newly formed blank check company incorporated for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
We intend to focus on industries that complement our team’s experience and background, and to capitalize on the ability of our management team, directors and strategic advisors to identify and acquire a business within the technology, media and entertainment sector.
We intend to search globally (with a primary focus on the Asia Pacific, European and Middle Eastern regions) for target companies within the technology sector, having an enterprise value in the range of $600 million to $1 billion.
We shall not undertake our initial business combination with any entity with its principal business operations in China (including Hong Kong and Macau).
