Fund Description

The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund is an actively-managed ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amounts of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of U.S.-listed large capitalization companies. The Adviser consults a database generated by Qraft's AI Quantitative Investment System, which automatically selects and weights portfolios of U.S. large cap companies to provide exposure to a portfolio of 50 companies that have had higher residual returns relative to their similar-sized peers over a rolling 3 to 36 month period. The fund is non-diversified.
