About Exowatt
Exowatt is a renewable energy company that builds modular solar systems designed to power data centers around the clock. Its flagship Exowatt P3 is a 40-foot container topped with proprietary Fresnel lenses that concentrate sunlight onto a thermal storage bed of sand, dirt and slag heated to roughly 1,000 C, and an integrated heat engine converts the stored heat back into electricity on demand for up to 24 hours a day. Because the units sit next to the customer's load, they can be deployed behind the meter without waiting years for a grid interconnection. Exowatt makes money by selling P3 systems to data center operators, energy developers and industrial customers, and through ExoRise, a business arm launched in January 2026 that packages land, power and data center shells into turnkey projects across the U.S. Southwest. It was co-founded by Jack Abraham, the founder of the venture studio Atomic.
