About Iru
Iru is an IT and security platform that companies use to manage and secure employee devices, apps and user identities. The company was known as Kandji, a device management platform for Apple computers, until it rebranded in October 2025 and added support for Windows and Android. Its products cover device management, endpoint detection and response, vulnerability management, passwordless single sign-on and compliance automation. Iru makes money by selling software subscriptions to IT and security teams. It serves more than 6,000 customers, including Canva, Notion and Twilio.
