About Turquoise Health
Turquoise Health is a healthcare pricing platform that helps hospitals, insurers, employers and drugmakers establish what care costs before it is delivered and billed. Its Clear Rates product combines the machine-readable price files that federal transparency rules force hospitals and health plans to publish with claims data and Medicare benchmarks, producing a single negotiated rate for each payer and provider combination. Its Contracts product applies AI to reimbursement agreements, tagging the rates and provisions buried in them so contracting teams can compare terms, model negotiation scenarios and track denials. The company also sells compliance tooling that generates the price files providers and payers must post, white-label patient estimate tools, and an AI assistant called AskTQ. Turquoise Health makes money by selling tiered annual subscriptions to its platform, custom-quoted by organization, with add-on modules sold on top, and says more than 280 customers use it including 10 of the 25 largest health systems and 4 of the 5 national payers.
