About Workstream
Workstream is a hiring, HR and payroll software platform built for businesses that employ hourly workers. Its customers are mostly multi-location restaurant operators, including franchisees of 46 of the top 50 quick-service restaurant brands such as Burger King, Taco Bell and Jimmy John's. The platform posts jobs to online job boards, screens applicants with an AI phone agent called Voice AI, handles onboarding paperwork and runs payroll with built-in labor compliance checks. Workstream makes money by selling software subscriptions to these businesses, priced by product tier and the number of locations and employees.
