Capital Bank of Jordan, together with its subsidiaries, provides various commercial and investment banking services to individuals and corporate clients in Jordan, Iraq, rest of the Middle East, Europe, Asia, the United States, and internationally.

The company operates through four segments: Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance, and Treasury.

It offers current and savings accounts, fixed deposit accounts, and certificates of deposit; personal, car, and home loans; corporate loans; trade finance; commercial loans; overdraft and revolving products, letters of guarantee, letters of credit, bills for collection, and discounted promissory notes; working capital loans; and structured finance services.

The company also provides brokerage services; asset management services, such as portfolio management, investment advisory, external asset manager model, structured deposits, investment funds, and Sharia compliant products; treasury management, and remittance and bill payment services; correspondent banking services for financial institutions; debit and credit cards; online and mobile banking services; and ATM facilities and SMS banking services.

In addition, it provides services relating to privatizations, IPOs, and mergers and acquisitions; foreign exchange operations; and money market and trading services.
