Vanguard Global Aggregate Bond Index (Hedged) ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Vanguard Investments Australia Ltd. It invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. The fund invests directly and also through derivatives such as forwards in the fixed-rate government, government-related, corporate and securitized bonds, the returns being hedged to Australian dollar. It invests in investment grade securities that are rated as at least BBB- by S&P. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Bloomberg Barclays Global Aggregate Float Adjusted Bond Index hedged into Australian dollars, by employing representative sampling methodology. Vanguard Global Aggregate Bond Index (Hedged) ETF was formed on October 10, 2017 and is domiciled in Australia.
