Central Costanera S.A. generates, produces, transports, distributes, and commercializes of electrical energy and its marketing in bulk from conventional sources in Argentina.
It owns and operates six conventional turbo steam units with an installed capacity of 1,131 MW; two cycles energy plant with an installed capacity of 851 MW; a gas turbine; and a BTH steam turbine with an installed capacity of 321.6 MW.

The company was formerly known as Enel Generación Costanera S.A. and changed its name to Central Costanera S.A. in March 2023.
