CPNREIT Company Description

CPN Retail Growth Leasehold REIT (“the Trust”) was established from the conversion of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (“the Fund”) and received the transfer of assets, liabilities and obligations from the Fund on 1 December 2017.

The Trust was a specific closed-end real estate investment trust with an indefinite term. The Trust was registered on 29 November 2017 with registered capital of Baht 29,653.38 million (2,212,476,700 trust units’ trust, at Baht 13.4028 per unit).
