It offers communication services, such as mobile, fixed telephony, broadband, hosted PABX, and international gateway; telecommunication infrastructure services, including tower infrastructure and transmission services; network operations and development services; and media services comprising digital television services based on satellite, cable, and terrestrial media.
The company also provides digital services, which include mobile and e-commerce; electronic payment services, such as mobile payment; digital health, education, platform comprising application programming interface, navigation, and fintech services; and enterprise ICT services, including data center, manpower, information technology, and venture capital investment services.
In addition, it offers data and backbone, fixed wireless and transmission infrastructure, television broadcasting, and direct-to-home satellite pay television services.
Further, the company develops and operates electronic commerce infrastructure; provides manpower; deals in software licenses; and sells information technology enabled equipment.
Additionally, it offers financing services, including acceptance of deposits, granting lease facilities, hire purchase, loan facilities, margin trading, cheque discounting, factoring, etc.; digital credit facilities; network development, operations, and maintenance services; and e-learning products and services.
The company was formerly known as Dialog Telekom PLC and changed its name to Dialog Axiata PLC in July 2010.
