The company was formerly known as Lanka Orix Finance PLC and changed its name to LOLC Finance PLC in August 2015.
The company was incorporated in 2001 and is based in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka. LOLC Finance PLC is a subsidiary of LOLC Ceylon Holdings PLC.
