Summary

The first administrator dashboard and several workflow, API and preview enhancements were released in Q2, with dashboard filters planned next. Control testing was targeted for general availability by end of July as an add-on, with further sampling and workflow improvements planned.

Hello, everyone, and welcome to today's Impero Q2 product update. We are going to get started just a little after the top of the hour, but just wanted to start early to let people begin joining, as we could see that people were logging in. So a big welcome. We're excited to have so many of you joining us today, but we're just going to give it a couple minutes before we kick it off. All right. So wonderful to see so many people already ticking in. It's about a minute until the top of the hour. But a big welcome to the Impero Q2 product update webinar. We are going to get started in just a couple minutes. Just want to give a moment for everyone to be able to log in and join us. I'm sure people are joining from other meetings and just getting into the office and getting started, but really looking forward to it. All right. I can see people continue to tick in, so a big welcome for those of you just joining the Impero Q2 product update. We're just going to give it another minute or so to let people join, make sure everybody gets seated, get a cup of coffee. We're very excited to have you join us for today's quarterly product update. Going to just give it another 30 seconds or so, but a big welcome to everyone who's just joining us. Really wonderful that you, once again, want to join our product updates. Really excited to have the product team here with us today. Just going to give it another 20 seconds or so, and then we'll kick it off and just give everyone a chance to join. Great to see so many people already ticking in to join us very punctually on the hour. All right. All right. I think we've got a good chunk of individuals who've joined us, so let's officially kick it off now. Welcome to the Impero Q2 product update. We're very excited to have you here today. Before we get started, I did just want to go through a couple of housekeeping items. As you know, if you've joined us before, this webinar is being recorded, and we will share it afterwards, both via email, so keep an eye out for it there, but we'll also share it in our help center. In the help center, we do also keep a repository of our quarterly product update webinars so that you can go back and have a look, potentially even share them with other people in your organization. I will also just note that feel free to use the Q&A panel. It is in Zoom, where you should be able to ask questions, but we will address questions at the very end. But feel free to ask questions throughout. We know things pop up along the way, so do feel free to just ask as we go along. But as I mentioned, we will address them all at the end. If it's your first time joining, a very big thank you for joining us for the very first time. We're excited to keep you updated. Before we jump into today's agenda, I did just want to do a quick introduction to our speakers. My name's Jasmine Hansen de Guzman. I am the Marketing Director here at Impero, and I will be the moderator here today. I'm in the chat as well. If you need anything, feel free to just write us, and I will do my best to facilitate. I'm very lucky because we have two amazing team members from our product team here today, and I'm going to give them the chance to introduce themselves. Sissi, do you want to go first? Yes. Hello, everyone. My name's Sissi, working as a Product Manager, as many of you might already know. I'm really happy to meet you here again today and share with you a bit more about our recent work. Awesome. Thank you so much, Sissi. Yes, as she said, she's probably a familiar face for many of you, having been with us for several years. A new face today is Christian. Christian, would you like to do a quick introduction to yourself as well for the new people, or for the people who have not met you before and to whom you're new? Of course. Yeah. Thank you, Jasmine. Yeah, my name is Christian. I've been with Impero now for a few months, and I'm coming in as a Senior Product Manager. I have experience from multiple tech startups, particularly in the realm of compliance and governance. In Impero, I'll be leading the efforts of the control testing module. I'm really excited to run you all through today's webinar. Awesome. Thanks so much, and really great to have you guys join us today. What can you expect from today's webinar? We are going to hear from Christian and Sissi a little bit about how Impero, how we focus and do our priorities in the product team, helping you guys give a little bit more insight into the way that the product team is working. We are also going to have a look at some of our recent releases, which I know Sissi is going to walk us through. We have had a big upgrade to the dashboard, and there is some other features as well from a usability standpoint that I know Sissi is going to walk you through, make sure that you are aware of them because they can really help you simplify your work in the Impero platform. Christian is going to walk us through a feature update of control testing before we round off with our Q&A. Before we jump into that, we did just want to launch a quick poll. If you joined us last time, we did a poll where we asked you a little bit about different priorities, and one of the big priorities that we uncovered that time was that integrations are an important item for a lot of you going forward. As we continue to explore and understand your potential needs, we also want to understand more specifically what areas of integration would be most applicable for you in your work or use of Impero. So launch the poll, going to leave it up here for a couple seconds. Really appreciate your input. I know Christian and Sissi and I had a lot of conversations about this, about how to ask you guys what is most important. Also, if you have any comments, feel free to write them in the chat or the Q&A, because there is obviously a lot of different aspects into how we prioritize, which is exactly what Christian and Sissi are going into. We do take your input, especially through individual conversations, but also polls like this into account. Going to leave that open for another 10 seconds or so, but great to be collecting your guys' data on what types of integrations you think are most important, whether it be your ERP system, third-party business intelligence tools, communication tools such as Teams, I notice other people use other chat or communication tools, identity management or document management systems. I can give a sneak preview and just say that it seems like ERP does seem to be the most important one for most of you. It sounds like we have collected a lot of great insights from a lot of you, so I am going to just close that out and say a big thank you to everyone for contributing with your input there. With that, I am going to hand it over to Sissi and Christian to talk a little bit about our focus and priorities. So over to you guys. Thank you, Jasmine. At the beginning, I would like to give you a little bit introduction of how we actually work before we dive into specific features and updates on specific roadmap items. Just to take you a little bit behind the scenes. Generally, I think if we want to keep it really short, we can summarize our way to working with three words, which are iterative, evidence-based, and customer-centric. With this approach, we now work in shorter development cycles. Currently, it's about seven weeks. What we do at the beginning is that we try to break down bigger projects into smaller parts, so independent work packages. In these packages, we try to produce usable products of the final product. So different separate parts of the final product that can be actually released independently from each other. The benefit for you is that you can start testing the core features very early and also better plan how to integrate these features into your daily work processes. This way you can actually get the most out of the features as early as possible, in some cases even avoid or reduce adoption costs, especially if it's a bigger module. From our perspective, this very early feedback gives us a chance to quickly find out whether our hypothesis are actually valid or not, and then also adjust the further development of these features accordingly. That gives us a little bit of question, actually, how are you involved in this whole process? We actually continuously collect feedback and ideas. If we can go to the next slide. It isn't just limited to the initial phase of a project, so we do it continuously, not only when we develop the hypothesis. The feedback scatters also through different channels. As you might have noticed, sometimes it's directly with us in the product team, but mostly it's through our colleagues in the support, our customer success team. Your ideas and suggestions are really very important to us, and we actually try to evaluate most of them and to incorporate the relevant ones into the development process. While we do that, we really focus on very clearly understanding the problems you are facing before starting any kind of ideation or brainstorming on the solutions. More specifically, we regularly conduct user interviews, and in the discovery phase, we use these interviews to just understand how your workflows look like, what are the biggest pain points. Later when we have proceeded with the implementation, we also do usability tests with selected customers. It's all about, okay, whether the features are clearly understandable, if they are easy to use and actually do their job effectively. All of this just is really to ensure that we understand what is truly needed and that we continuously iterate our solutions towards the needs. I think that is a brief introduction. Just to sum up a bit, this entire process is meant to ensure that our solutions actually really deliver the intended value and also to make our work progress even more transparent. Practically speaking, our goal is to make the, yeah, minimum viable products or MVPs available within some weeks, even though it might be only for a limited group of users at the beginning, and to avoid the so-called Big Bang approach and all the, yeah, associated risks with that approach on your end and our end. That was, yeah, a little bit insight into the way we work and then with that, I would like to actually hand it over to Christian to give you a bit update on our product roadmap. Yes. Next slide, please. Thank you, Sissi. Thank you for that introduction to how we work. Going into the product roadmap here, for those of you who participated in the last webinar, this should hopefully seem familiar to you. I thought that it would make sense just to give you a little bit of a status update of where are we with some of these items that are listed in the product roadmap. Some of them we'll dive even more into as a part of this webinar. The dashboard was mentioned, and it's something that Sissi will do a dedicated presentation of. We have also done some changes within how quickly we can handle basically customized requests or similar from you guys. When you request something for the internal team here in Impero, we're a lot quicker at actually reacting on those things and giving them more tools to be able to meet and to change things within your organization. Then I will be doing a dedicated introduction to control testing to share all the updates there. For control triggering, so the concept of having control A trigger control B instead of having a time element to it, we have currently a working prototype on this, and we are testing it with a few customers. We won't be doing an open beta as we have done with control testing, but if that basic concept seems interesting to you, then I would encourage you to reach out and see what the current prototype would actually be helpful for your organization. We are still working on AI related projects. However, we are, as mentioned in the last webinar, really focused on making sure that we're doing everything in a compliant way. If you're not allowed to use AI in your organization, fear not, because we won't be enabling it per default within your organization or anything. We are currently only prototyping. If you on the other hand feel like, oh, you would love to use more AI in your work, then feel free to reach out as well and see if you have any good feedback to us on that front. We have a continuous process within the architectural excellence, which is basically making sure that we are scalable and reliable more on the tech front. That process is a continuous process. We also have done a lot of work when it comes to the overall UX and UI aspect of the Impero platform and making sure that all these small quality of life things, making sure that it's a little bit more clear once the control is finished. Then you have the next controls that are pending for you right there and easy to use. Similarly, we're also making it a lot easier to document if you need to export information and so on. We are also working within this realm and making sure that you can export more information in the file formats that really works for you. For the other things that are currently still in planning, they have not been stagnate since last time we saw them. We are continuously working on them, and there has been a lot of progress. However, due to, for example, the size of the define and manage master controls, it is something that we really want to make sure that we get right, and also validate our various hypothesis with you and with our customers. That's the gist of it, the quick update to the product roadmap, but of course, if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out either here or either in the chat or separately to us later. Thanks so much, Sissi and Christian, for such a great insight into how you guys work and as well as an update to the product roadmap. Again, if you are joining us for the first time, this product roadmap is something that you'll continue to see again and again. If you joined us before, you probably recognize it, and it is something that we will continue to keep you updated on and abreast throughout these product update webinars. Let's jump into some of our recent releases, and with that, I'm going to hand it over to Sissi again to talk a little bit about our dashboard and more. Yes. Thank you, Jasmine. As mentioned, we have just very recently released the dashboard. We would like to also say that it is the first version of the dashboard, and we are now collecting feedback and would like to look into any ways or ideas that we can further improve and extend the dashboard functionalities going forward. I would like to show you the dashboard in Impero. All right, let's hand it over. Now I'm logged into Impero, and the first page I see as an administrator is the page of the dashboard. This dashboard, we call it the administrator dashboard for performance overview. It should be a centralized, intuitive overview for the administrators that shows the performance across different areas and tasks, just to help the admins really to stay updated and also very proactive with little effort. We can just walk through a bit the page together. As mentioned, it can be used by a global admin that has the oversight over all the activities in the platform, or it can be also used by a specialized program manager that is only responsible for a certain process or compliance area. Just to maybe mention something practically in terms of accessibility, this overview is only shown to users who have access to at least one control program. All the elements that you see here on the dashboard, they all present the data to which the user really has access to, depending on the program rights and role. On top, you see we have two time periods, which is currently the current and the previous month. This here, you can set up the reference period. If you choose the current month, then all the dashboard elements will only refer to control activities that are due within the current month. Since it's just a first version, we are also now already working on extending this time filter so you can also look at maybe previous week, quarter, and other time periods. The dashboard consists of three parts. In the first part, you see the overall control performance. Here you can really gain some insights on actually how many controls have been completed within this period, and how many actually have been completed on time, and also the split of control activities across the different performance stages. Here, really to get a feeling or a very overall assessment, if there's any underperformance and to catch signals, maybe there might be the need to really improve the overall operating effectiveness or just really strengthen accountability, like in a general sense. With this very generic information, you can dive a bit deeper, like with the second section, which is a program overview, as you see here below. Here you can find out how well the controls are actually performing in different business or compliance areas, which are typically grouped by control programs in Impero. You can use these insights to provide more specific recommendations, for example, to process owners and also to reflect with them together, have the past task management routines been effective? For example, in some areas, despite sending many reminders, there might be still a lot of overdues, and to understand why it is that case. But in other parts of the company, maybe reminders have worked well, and that is something you can stick to. Here I also have the option actually to click on the program name to be directed to that control program to look at what controls are included there. Also on the right, you can actually click on the number of total activities, and when you do that, then you are directed to the list of control activities that you can go through. Either you dive into one specific control activity to look at the control results, or you say something is still not done yet, and you would like to send further reminders or take any other actions from here. Then with that, we can go back to the dashboard again. That is the second part of the dashboard, and then we also have a third section, which is a list of latest events. Here you can just really very quickly see what your contributors are actually working on. Stay up to date about the latest changes. Whenever someone has submitted a control or a control has been sent out to the responsible or to the reviewer, then you can see the development here. You can either say, I would like to look at one specific control to dive a bit more into the specific content, or as this is enough as an overview and you would actually look at the list of all control activities, then you can use this button below. That is a brief walkthrough, and you might have already seen this dashboard, and with it, we would like to really help you strengthen the monitoring and oversight practices that are ongoing at the moment and to give very quick and intuitive insights so you can capture the current performance and any problems very early and really take actions proactively. That was the demo of the dashboard. Besides that, we have also released some further features that we would like to give you an overview of. As mentioned, in the second quarter, we also released the support for the immediate control dispatch. Now in the control editor, in the menu scheduling type, you can actually select send a control to responsibles immediately and to support any use cases. For example, to collect some documents in ad hoc manner or some one-off control procedures at the year-end. Using this feature in the control editor that we have already given a preview of in the last webinar. We have also released the public API support for reviewer task answers. It is similar to the responsible task answers, but now you can also extract the answers that have been submitted by the first and second reviewer via our public API, to really analyze and report on this data in any third-party tools that you prefer to use. Also a few, as Jasmine mentioned, usability improvements. In the report overview, you can now, of course, adjust the view of the columns and put on any search items, and they will stick there until you revisit the page, so you get your kind of personalized view again. Also an extension for the document preview that has been supported for standard control tasks. But now you can also use it for data sheet tasks. Just look at any PDFs or images in Impero without downloading all the files. I think with that, we have gone through the features that might help some of you from this release, and back to Jasmine. Yes. With that, we also have a quick little poll to hear about which of the different features that we released in the past year have you been using the most. Again, this is just for both to help make you aware, maybe some of these ones, and I am launching the poll now. Some of these features that we released, perhaps you haven't used them yet or tested them. We would love to know which ones you are using the most and that you are finding most useful. But we see again and again, and when I talk to our customer success team or our technical support team, I often hear, "Oh, this customer wasn't aware of this feature." So this is also a way for us to make sure that you are aware of the different features to help us understand which of the features you might need more training on. We have been working on, and we will come back to that in a little bit, some small tutorial videos. If some of these releases are being underutilized, we are going to make sure to create some small tutorials to help make sure that you are using them, understand how you can use them to ease your day-to-day work in the Impero platform. I know at the last product update webinar, we mentioned that we had done a little video tutorial around task-based reports because it was something that we saw a lot of people still just using the control status reports. But it's great to see, and I know there's a lot of answers here, and you can select multiple as well. It does seem like reviewer tasks is definitely something that is used by a lot of you, about 43% of you. But of course, we'd love to see as many of you as possible using reviewer tasks and strengthening the quality of your reviews. Going to give this another 10 seconds or so to let people participate. I can see the control document previewer that has now been extended into the data sheets functionality is also something that is quite popular. But something, for example, the structured report overview or the ad hoc push report are things that haven't been used as often. I will just close out the poll here. Also just happy to quickly share the results in case you're curious what other people are primarily using. But reviewer task and control document previewer definitely seem to be the big hits. On the other ones, we will take that as great feedback to continue to enrich you on how you can use those different options. All right. With that, I'm going to hand it over to Christian to talk about control testing. Thank you, Jasmine. Yes. As some of you are aware or some of you already have been exposed to the control testing beta, we're really happy to give you this detailed feature update within control testing. But before diving into control testing as a whole, it would be really interesting to launch yet another poll, where we just talk quickly about how do you actually do control testing today. So yeah. With control testing, obviously it's something that not everyone does, and maybe it's not applicable and maybe it's not something that you have at the size of organization where it really makes sense. But, we would love to understand basically how control testing is done today within your organization. If it's not done at all, that's also super relevant. Because of course, in the process of developing control testing within Impero, if we need to integrate or if we need to have certain considerations of the tools that you're already using, or maybe this is a good way of us actually coming back to you and saying, "Hey, we think we can do control testing in a little bit smarter way that is integrated with your existing controls in Impero." Therefore, this is super valuable for us to understand really, your appetite and your current experience and exposure to control testing as a whole. I will go a little bit into more why control testing is important in a sec. But, yeah, hopefully you are giving us answers here. We have gotten lots of great responses already. A lot of people are still using spreadsheets. There are some people not performing control testing quite yet. I will close out the poll and just say a big thank you for sharing those insights with us. Control testing is a way that you maintain or make sure that you have effective internal controls. That is something that is, in some cases, a regulatory requirement. In other cases, it is just something you use because you have identified that maintaining effective internal controls is very time-consuming. Therefore, by using control testing, you can actually get a better understanding, and understand whether there are weaknesses or gaps in your internal controls, to avoid risk materializing in some way or form. Within Impero, with the control testing module, you are able to set up structured control tests that are tied specifically together with your internal policies for testing, and that you can sample in different ways on the platform. Some people have already been exposed to the beta of control testing, and we are really happy to announce that we are currently ready for general availability by end of July. So, for those of you that were never on the control testing beta, but find that it is super interesting or something that you want to hear more about, then end of July is definitely a time where control testing will be available for you. If you could do the next slide. Here, our Implementation Director at Impero, Morten, has been so kind to do a demo where he walks more through it and shows how control testing actually works in Impero. Since then, we have also done multiple improvements to the platform, and I will go more into detail around additional, like what is really remaining, and how we will Impero continue to develop resources towards maintaining effective control tests. I think we should just let people. I was just for people to scan the QR Code, if you are quick. If not, I am sure that we can find this link for you afterwards, as well, if you need to have a quick demo. I can also- Um- I'll add a note that we can put it in the follow-up email, so if you're not ready with your phone right now to scan the QR Code, don't worry, we'll put the link in the follow-up email. All right. Thank you. However, even after the launch of control testing, we'll continue to develop resources, to dedicate resources towards it. Particularly, we have these areas that we're already aware of that we need to improve on. For example, we are interested in giving you even more flexibility when it comes to sampling controls. It could be various methods of random sampling or similar. We really just want to make sure that whatever sampling criteria you have in your organization, we're able to meet those. We also want to make sure that our control testing module flows more effortlessly with our reports module as we have today. There are various quality-of-life improvements that we're aware of that we want to do. For an example, making it even easier for you to have a visual setup of how these control tests will actually schedule certain activities. Making sure that you can work with control testing in efficient and bulk fashion, similar to what you would currently expect from controls. And of course, we're super eager to hear, for those of you that did not have a chance within the beta, to bring your feedback, and to hopefully integrate that in the best possible way to make sure that we're able to solve your control testing needs. That's everything that I have on control testing. Awesome. Thank you so much, Christian and Sisi. As we slowly start wrapping up the webinar, I also have, and for those of you who joined before, a one last little final poll that I just want to share because we are always looking for different ambassadors for the Impero platform. So if you're interested in giving us a G2 or an OMR review, those are both online review sites. If you'd like to join us to participate in a case study or a webinar, or potentially meet about how you can use Impero for new use cases, happy to set up a meeting with our team about that. Because one thing that we do see a lot is we'll see our customers start using Impero in one business area and expand to other business areas. So really open to having a conversation with you about that because it does help create a more holistic approach to how you're working with risk and internal controls in your organization. If now's not the right time, that's totally fine. We know a lot of people are going on summer vacations. But I'll leave that open as well, before we get into the Q&A, as we go through a couple of other items. So, a couple of Impero resources that I just want to continue to iterate and share. Remember we have the help center. I know Chantal and our support team are always improving it. Sisi and Christian are also putting the release notes in there, and we will also put this recording of this webinar in there. We have also, if you've been on our website recently, done a little revamp there where we've also introduced a new blog, so make sure to check that out. We have lots of great content on there, and we'll also continue to promote those through our newsletters. So if you're not already signed up for our product or our marketing newsletters, QR code's below. Otherwise, we'll add those links in the follow-up email as well. But another great way to stay up-to-date with us is just follow us on LinkedIn, and you'll get lots of updates there as well about what's happening in the Impero sphere. One of the biggest things that we recently announced is that we, after hosting a fantastic networking event in Germany this spring, we are bringing back our networking event here in Denmark. But we would love to invite everyone to join. So whether you're based in Germany, Denmark, or one of the other markets that we serve, we'd love to welcome you to come to Copenhagen on September 10th and our 11th. We are currently doing pre-registration right now. So if you'd like to save your spot, please do feel free to pre-register, and we'll be putting out an agenda and more details coming up. But we'd love to welcome you to beautiful, and hopefully what will be sunny Copenhagen, as well as hopefully a housewarming in our new office. I also did mention this earlier, but I did just want to reiterate, we have new small little tutorials. William from our implementation team helped us with a great tutorial on task-based reports. A little sneak preview, but we will have one coming on data sheets soon as well. If this is a feature that you are curious about adopting in your day-to-day work, do check out this tutorial, and we will have one coming on data sheets as well. If you have any requests for other specific elements in the tool that you would love a tutorial on, please feel free to let us know. We are all ears. With that, I would love to go into the Q&A. I can see we have got some great responses both about giving reviews or participating in a case study webinar or meeting about use cases. I will end that poll, and we will follow up with you after the webinar. Let us jump into the Q&A, and there is the Q&A panel, so if you have any additional questions, please feel free to chat them in there. I think the first question that we have is for you, Sisi, and it probably goes a little bit into your whole "we are going to continue to iterate on the dashboard." Someone asked: Will it be possible to customize the new dashboard overview? As someone with access to multiple programs with different purposes, the overview of completion rates can sometimes not give as much value because they are, I think, all combined. Yes. Thanks a lot for that question, and it is actually all good feedback. We are aware that there is definitely the need to further customize the dashboard, but it could mean many different things. The next most important thing we are focusing on now is to provide more filters to really just to give the opportunity to focus on specific content, so be it programs or some controls marked with a certain tag, so you do not see all the programs at once, but really can just see the ones that are interesting to you to provide that kind of customization, and also to add the time filters in case you want to focus on different reporting periods. So that will be the next step for the customization. At the same time, we will be really happy to hear from you, what will be other customization or personalization needs, and find out what will be most valuable for the majority of our users. Amazing. Thanks, Sisi. We will make sure to pass along that person's details so you can reach out and learn more after. We have another great question about the updated dashboard, and someone is wondering: Can I adjust the number of program names shown in the overview part of the dashboard window? Yeah. I think that goes probably a bit in line with the first question. Probably I am interpreting it that you are facing a big number of control programs, and you would wish for the opportunity to hide some of these programs, but only show the relevant ones. That would also go together with our support to filter on specific programs, so you do not see a very big number of irrelevant programs. Yeah. Wonderful. We also have a more general question here, and is: Is it possible to export a list of users who have access to each control program? It could be something maybe we need to come just verify with our tech support team, but maybe Sisi, you know off the top of your head? Well, you can get that kind of overview on the user profile at the moment. Yeah. The export functionality would be something that we can further look into. But yeah, you can definitely search for certain users in the user management module to get that kind of program access, but also the right maybe to look at certain risk maps, also to see what kind of tasks they are assigned to from that place. Yeah. Great. Along those lines, for user management, are there any plans to improve the user management? For example, view access on control activities and responsible/reviewer for a specific time period during vacation. I know we're coming into vacation season, so this is a very relevant question for a lot of people. I think generally, we see that these here are good ideas to further extend user management. Yeah, currently, I think we are rather in the process just to understand what are the most important needs. We will look into this very specific feedback and just evaluate it after this webinar. Yeah. Great. We have a question for you here, Christian, on the control testing module, and it is: Will it be available for everyone, or will it be an add-on per request? I think we've communicated earlier that it is something that is going to be an add-on, so it's something you'll need to discuss with our team. But if you want to elaborate any additional on that. Yeah. As far as I am aware, it will be an add-on. Control testing, so for the customers that are currently a part of the control testing beta, yeah, they will still have access with it for some time. But at some point, yeah, there will be a conversation around whether this is something that they will continue or want to continue to use or not. Yeah. I hope that answered the question. Yes, definitely. I think so. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to your customer success manager. I can see there is quite a few great suggestions to the dashboard as well, so I am going to save those ones and pass those along to Sisi. If you had any questions about suggestions for the dashboard, be assured, I will make sure that Sisi gets all of those questions so we can take a look at that as well afterwards. One of the other questions we have as well is: Do we have any upcoming improvements planned to the data sheet functionality? I do not think we have it on our roadmap as of yet, but Christian, maybe you can speak to that. I am not aware of any upcoming improvements that are to the data sheet functionality. However, if it is something that there is currently challenges with, I would encourage to reach out and see what the current problem is to make sure that we would be able to potentially integrate that into the data sheet functionality. Yeah, understanding if it is something that is something that we can do in the near future or not. I am not sure if Sissi, if you have more to it or if you are aware of anything, but at least from my side, I am not aware of any upcoming improvements to it in the near future. No, I do not. Go ahead, Sissi. All right. Yeah. Just agree, and we're aware of some kind of maybe more usability improvements or needs, such as to be able to search for data in the data sheet or to maybe more efficiently update the numbers in the data sheet. I think we would need to discuss with you more in detail what exactly would need to be improved from the specific scenario perspective. Yeah. I think we have some good examples here from this person, so we can follow up with them afterwards. This is exactly why this is a perfect format for you guys to give us feedback, so it's on our radar as well, just like Sissi and Christian walked through how our process works. We have a couple more questions, but I do want to be conscious of time. One of the questions that we have is: How will we be informed when control testing is generally available? When control testing is generally available, we will send out emails and communicate in all sorts of ways to make sure that you're aware of it. If you already now find that control testing could be interesting for your organization, please feel free to reach out already now, but we'll also make sure that you're well aware of its release by end of July. Perfect. That sounds great. I think we will do one last question, then hopefully we will be able to follow up with the rest of you afterwards. It is: How is feedback evaluated by the Impero product team? Yeah. Feedback is generally evaluated by understanding what sort of problem the customer is actually experiencing, then trying to understand if it is something that is more general, so that more customers have similar issues. Then, of course, if we are in the process of figuring out, okay, this is actually a general problem that a lot of our customers are having and a big gap in our product, then we will start more of a technical examination of understanding how could we best solve this problem. As we have emphasized within this webinar, if there is a way for us to be able to give a solution that will at least solve the majority of your pain points sooner rather than later, we will try to emphasize those. Of course, it also needs to be aligned with where Impero is overall strategically heading. Yeah, it is basically a consideration of how big of a pain point is it? Is it something that is really urgent, and is it something that is applicable to all of our users, and how can we best solve it? Yeah. Awesome. Fantastic. We will end on that note because that is exactly what we are going to do with all of the awesome feedback that we have gotten of questions regarding the dashboard, which I know I am going to pass along to Sissi. A big thank you to all of you for joining us here today. We will follow up with those of you who requested follow-up, and I know some people also offered to provide further insights with regards to their requests. We will definitely be reaching out. Again, thanks so much for joining this Q2 product update webinar. It is something we will continue to do. Stay tuned for our Q3 product update, which will probably be towards the end of September. Wishing you all a lovely day, and thank you, Christian and Sissi, for presenting all of your insights. We appreciate it. Thank you, and thank you all for participating.
