Investor update
Feb 3, 2025
Summary
2024 releases expanded reviewer workflows, reminders and tailored exports, while the November update simplified reporting and enabled one-off push reports. A control-testing add-on was planned for mid-January 2025.
Hello, everyone, and welcome to this Impero end of year product update webinar. We are going to get started in just a couple minutes, but wanted to already kick off the broadcast, as we could see there were some people in the waiting room. We're so excited to see so many of you already signing on and joining us here today. We're going to just give it a minute or so, or a minute or two until we kick off, just to let everybody get the chance to sign on. I know at the top of the hour, a lot of people can be switching from one meeting to another. So excited to see so many of you already signed on. All right. Just for those of you just signing on now, we're going to get started in a minute or two.
We just wanted to kick off the waiting room a little bit early to make sure that everyone had a chance to sign in. A big welcome to the Impero end of year product update webinar. We're very excited to have you here. I always think it's so great that people want to join us end of year. I know it's busy for everyone. Busy season, wrapping everything up, second last week of the year. So it's fantastic to see so many people who are willing to take a little bit of time out of their day to join us. We will, of course, also make sure that you get the recording in case there's anything you want to re-watch at the start of next year. Hopefully, you're all off to enjoy a nice holiday break soon. We're just going to give it another minute here.
For all of you joining, welcome to the end of year product update webinar. So happy to see so many of you already joining us here live. We're going to get started in just about a minute. Just want to give everyone a chance to sign on if you're rushing from another meeting or so. All right. Lots of great sign-ons. Very excited to see so many people joining us live. Just going to give another 30 seconds, and we'll kick it off. I can still see some people signing on. So it is great that we can just give them a little bit of a 30-second grace period here. Just another 10 seconds or so, and then we'll kick it off. All right.
I can see we've hit a little bit of a plateau in terms of people signing in, so we'll start it off. Welcome, everyone, to this Impero end of year product update webinar. We are very excited to have you joining us here today, and very excited to be taking you through our updates from the year, as well as what is coming up in the future. Before we really kick it off, I did just want to go through a couple of quick housekeeping items just to make sure that everyone is aware. This webinar is being recorded, and we will share it afterwards via email. So if for whatever reason you have to drop off halfway through and you don't get to watch everything, we will make sure that you get a copy of the recording.
In case you want to re-watch it in the new year as well after a holiday break, we will make sure that is available in your email. We will also make sure to share it in the help center. During the session, we welcome questions of all kinds, so please do not hesitate. If you are wondering about anything, we are here. We have got a full team on board as well. Please just use the Q&A button here in Zoom Webinars to ask any questions live that you may have. I will just note that we will address all of the questions at the end. We have reserved time at the end to kind of get to all of those.
If for whatever reason we are not able to get to all of the questions live during the session, we will of course make sure to follow up with you as well. A quick look at today's agenda. We are just doing a quick welcome to set the scene for all of you. We are very excited to have all of you joining. We are going to focus on looking at a review of our 2024 releases. There has been quite a few different items released, and it is always great with a refresher in case you have missed any of those items that actually might help make your day-to-day workflow easier. We also will have an update on our latest release.
We had a release here in November, and we wanted to make sure that we are bringing you all the information around that, including a little bit of a live demonstration of what it entails. Then a pre-launch of our new feature, control testing, which we are very excited to give you a little bit of a sneak preview of. Then, as I mentioned, we will do that Q&A with our team before we wrap up and wish you all the very best for the rest of the year. With me here today, we have a couple of great team members, and they are going to introduce themselves respectively throughout the presentation in their presentation parts. I will start with myself. My name is Jasmine de Guzman. I am the Head of Marketing here at Impero. Very excited to be here.
I will be the moderator, so if there is anything that you need assistance with throughout, I will be keeping an eye on the chat, along with Morten Christensen, our Head of Solutions, who is also here in the back end. Our main presenters today will be Giselle Brun, who is our Head of Customer Success. We also have Sisi, our Associate Product Manager, who I think is a familiar face in a lot of the product releases for most of you. Last but not least, we also have Stina, our Senior Product Manager, who is going to be sharing some of the updates that are coming to the Impero product. We did also, before we jump into the presentation, just want to take a quick look at a couple of product-centric milestones and highlights.
We really want to make sure that you're aware of what is going on in our organization, as I know we work really closely with a lot of you on making sure that you're setting up your financial and tax compliance, as well as many other compliance scenarios as well, to its full extent. We are continuing to invest in our team. This year earlier, we welcomed David, our new CTO, and we've also continued to invest in growing our product and engineering organization, adding new team members who are optimizing the way we work so that we can deliver even better value to all of you on a daily basis. You'll see changes in terms of our product communication.
Our plan is to do these product update webinars on a quarterly basis so that we continue to have a regular touch point with you on what's happening with the Impero platform. Of course, another little highlight for Impero this year is that we hosted four different customer events, and I'm sure some of you who are on the line were there. Very excited to have you guys continue to engage and network, and we're looking forward to doing more of these in 2025. Before we jump into the actual presentation, I did want to just make sure we keep it interactive as well. We do have a quick little poll that I'm launching here now. It's going to appear on your screen in just a second, and it is, how often do you use the Impero platform? Really curious.
I was at one of the networking events earlier this year, and it was very interesting to see, are you using it on a daily basis? Are you using it weekly? Is it more something you log in to on a monthly basis to check the reporting feature? I'm going to leave that up for just about 10, 15 seconds. I can see right now the overwhelming majority of you, over 50%, are logging in on a daily basis. That's amazing. You guys are super users. Great to see that. We also have about 38% of you who are using it on a weekly basis, and 8% or so on a monthly basis. Well, thanks so much everyone for sharing. I'm going to close that poll. So amazing to see that so many of you are using the platform on a daily basis, on a weekly basis.
We know especially the more frequently you use our platform, the stronger your control setup and how you're more proactively working with it is typically a sign of the strength and effectiveness of your setup. With that, I'm going to hand it over to Giselle, who's going to talk us through our 2024 features in review.
Yeah. Hi. Well, thanks, Jasmine. My name's Giselle Brun. I'm Head of Customer Success here at Impero. I'm really excited to go over the 2024 features in review, and we'll go ahead and get started. 2024, this year was full of new releases focused on creating ease of use, not only for Impero administrators, but end users as well. We've had some major releases, as well as primary improvements, but specifically for today in the next four slides, we're going to go over reviewer tasks, flexible reminders, customizable control export, as well as task-based reports for reviewer tasks. As with anything, if you have any questions at all or want to learn more about any of the options on these lists, always feel free to go to support.impero.com/knowledge to go to our knowledge base.
Or always feel free to reach out to your customer success manager as well, and we can set up a demo to go through something. All right. Of course, we have to start with reviewer tasks. This is easily one of the biggest releases that we've had at Impero in 2024. Reviewer tasks helps companies to increase control review quality, and therefore the effectiveness of internal controls. In the control editor, users can now create specific tasks not only for the responsible, but also for reviewers and second reviewers, streamlining the review process. We have added all the options that were previously available only to responsibles to the reviewer and second reviewer side, which allow the creator to define what the reviewers do or should do prior to approving or rejecting that review. If you've created new controls within Impero, you've probably seen the reviewer tasks option.
Again, previous to that, it was only for responsibles, and now you have the ability to do that for both a reviewer and second reviewer. Next slide. You're probably asking why or where can I use reviewer tasks? We have three options, but of course, it doesn't stop there. There are many other ways that you can be utilizing reviewer tasks in your day-to-day with controls. First up is SOX compliance. By standardizing review designs, organizations can systematically detect deficiencies and improve risk mitigation. We also have it for foreign tax declarations. Reviewer tasks ensure efficient coordination and quality assurance in local tax processes. Last but not least, collaborative internal controls. Reviewer tasks strengthen cross-functional collaboration, facilitating tasks in multiple steps, and reducing administrative burdens, which is probably beneficial to all of you. This capability streamlines processes, connecting departments seamlessly for more efficient control management.
Of course, there are many benefits to reviewer tasks. But again, we can increase control review quality and effectiveness while also streamlining the review process. Of course, you can create more collaborative internal controls by providing tasks for both a reviewer and second reviewer. I will say as a side note, if you have any questions on reviewer tasks, Zizi on this call did an amazing walkthrough of this within our release notes. Highly recommend looking at that. That's where I got a lot of the info for these slides. All right. Let's move on to our second one. All right, second, we have task-based report for reviewer tasks. With a task-based report, you can generate an overview of all steps of a control, including responsible and reviewer tasks.
In addition to a status report, you can consolidate control answers in a qualitative manner, as well as dive into a conspicuous result and link answers to derived actions. For example, when selecting the visual dimensions, you can compare the performance from year to year or between entities and regions and much more. The benefit of task-based reports for reviewer tasks is that now you can be more confident about both the operational and compliance effectiveness by knowing the exact number of completed controls, the estimated quality based on criteria, and the effectiveness of the controls. This will also help you quickly deliver a comprehensive report to your auditors with clearly documented control and review procedures. This report will provide actionable insights to continuously improve your control framework. All right. Our third one is flexible reminders. This is a huge one.
This is really exciting, and this was actually asked for quite a lot by users over the past year or so. The summary for this is previously, it was only possible to set a limited number of reminders. Now you can set as many scheduled reminders as you need, both before and after the due date. There, of course, with this as well, are a lot of benefits, but this feature will allow control responsibles to further optimize timing of their performance and improve control results quality with earlier warnings. Administrators will significantly reduce the number of manual reminders sent on a daily basis, and flexible reminders also allow for mass update when allocating the time reminder section, so you can quickly apply the changes on many existing controls. All right. Last but not least, a very exciting one.
I talked to a lot of customers who said, "I don't want to download all of this data and have to clean it up each time." Customizable control export when you need to pull a report is exactly the resolve for that. Now you can download only the relevant data, so you can generate tailored reports for your stakeholders and auditors by selecting columns via the adjust view button and applying filters in that search bar. You can choose from deciding if you want a name, control program, recurrence, or any of these dropdown or listed items in this column. But the benefit is that now you can say goodbye to downloading reports with non-relevant information. Now you can decide what specifically is included in your reports and avoid the unnecessary cleanup once required to find pertinent information.
This feature improves workflows for compliance managers, recurring mandatory tasks, and saves the time and money for manual processing, therefore creating operational efficiency. Again, the really key theme is making your administrative day-to-day much easier, but also allowing for end user to have a little bit more flexibility as well. Yeah, with that being said, that is 2024 at a glance. Again, keep in mind all of those lists at the first slide that we went over can be looked at within the knowledge base, and I think it says support.impero.com/knowledge. There is a lot of info that you can check out in there. Of course, if you always need help, you can always reach out to your customer success manager as well.
But now with regards to new stuff, recently new stuff, I'll pass it over to Zisi, who will be going over our simplified reporting and other things. Thanks.
Thank you, Giselle. Hello, everyone, also from my side. My name is Zisi. I'm associate product manager at Impero and also working here already for 3 years now, and this year with the development team, we have been focusing on improving user experience, so in different areas of the platform. I'm really excited to show you the improvements from our latest release in November, which is called simplified reporting. In this release, we mainly aim to make it easier for you to create and maintain reports, also for new users to get started with reporting. For example, we improved the connectivity between the control and report module, so you can generate a status report for a control program or a control just with one click.
With that, once you start collecting control results, you can immediately see the performance status with some key statistics, such as on-time rate or the number of completed controls. I'll show it in a second in the platform. With the new features and design, creating reports should be much more self-explanatory for new users. So you can save time in onboarding new colleagues or additional entities. Also, we have improved the functionality of push report. So to facilitate sharing information with collaborators or stakeholders whenever you need, especially for those ones who don't work in Impero on a day-to-day basis, they can instantly get an overview of the live performance. So now I'm going to share my screen so we can look at the features together in Impero. So now we are logged in our webinar environment, and we start from the dashboard.
The first feature we would like to look at is the one-click status report. So to access that, you can enter a control program from the dashboard or from the control management module. I'm going to a control program from the dashboards. For example, this one just as an example, the financial compliance controls. When you click into that program, then already on the top right, you see a report button. So this report will show you the performance status for this program. You don't only have this button for the program, but also for each single control, which is below the three points of each control. So when you click on that report button, it will lead you to a status report just for this program, showing the key statistics where you can also do more investigation of the control performance.
So let's have a look. When I click on that, then the status report is already adjusted to only include this program, as you see here on the search bar. Also the time filter has automatically adjusted to include your latest control activities, so you don't need to do it manually. On top, you'll see some important statistics. For example, on-time rate, which is important just to keep track if everything is going as expected, and also how many controls are actually overdue, and so on. In the bar chart, you see more details. Now it has a focus on the current month. But of course, you can change the reporting dimension as you need by using this drop down here. For example, you want to see the performance by each control, then you can just simply click on that.
Or, for example, you can also see the view by each country using the tags in Impero. So you can really adjust it based on your needs. Below that, you have a more detailed view in a table form. So that shows you, for example, the on-time rate for each control, and it gives you the opportunity to dive in to each of these columns. For example, you would like to know which controls are actually overdue. Then we will just simply click on this 2 overdue controls. Now you will see activity list of just these 2 overdue controls, where you can see who are actually the control responsibles, and you can choose these 2 activities and say you would like to send additional reminders to those control responsibles. Or you consider to assign the activities to other colleagues who can perform it a bit earlier.
Yeah, so that is a quick overview for our one-click status report. Also we have added some improvements in the report module itself. You might have noticed when you open the report module, the front page has changed since the last release. As you can see here, this is a more structured overview of reports. We mainly aim to make your navigation easier and also make it easier to create new reports. If you need a new reports or you start with Impero reporting the first time, you just need to simply click on Create New on the top right and just see what kind of report type just best meets your purpose. Is it to track performance data, so using more quantitative data, for example, on-time rate? Then you can split it by business units and processes.
Or would you like to evaluate control answers and to see what exactly has been submitted and then to have a more qualitative evaluation? Or you want to create a workload report? When you click on each of this report type, it will direct you to a standard report that you can start customizing, adding your own filters, and then save it at the end. After saving the report, that saved report will then appear in this list of saved reports, as you see here, in this small navigation menu, and you can choose to only focus on one report type specifically. As we know, many of you manage a large number of entities or countries, so you may see a longer list of saved report here.
To make it easier for you to find the relevant report, we have added this search functionality where you can just enter the name of the report, or you just keep the shorter term here, for example, text, and it will just give you all reports with the name text in it to focus on a specific filtered list. Of course, you can search for any data point that's shown in this table here. For example, if you have any description or you want to also search for specific access rights. This is also a new functionality. You would like to know actually which users has access to which reports or is administrating which reports. You can see it in this column. For example, I would like to know what is actually Martin responsible for.
I can just enter his name and filter the list out, so now I can very proactively manage the access rights and to make sure they are up to date. Or you can really know who can read what kind of report in Impero. Yes, besides that, we have also improved the workflow for task-based report. Some of you might already use the task-based report. As mentioned, it is to evaluate control answers, mostly in confirmatory questions. For example, when you ask the responsible, "Have you performed a control?" With the answers Confirm and Not Confirmed, and to see who has answered what and how many people have actually completed the control. So we have made the concept here a bit more structured to separate the saved templates from the saved reports.
But due to time reasons, I'm not going to detail here, but we are happy to provide any further training or information after this webinar to dive into, yeah, the evaluation of control answers with task-based report. Then, let's go to the last feature of this release, which is the ad hoc push report. I will go back to the list of all saved reports. The push report is a report functionality in Impero that sends a report to a specific person via email. And in that email you can see, yeah, overview of key statistics and a link to the full report. To create that, I'm going to show an example. For example, I would like to send a report called a tag status report. You would just open this report and then make sure that the content looks as expected.
You go through maybe the bar chart and see the table settings is exactly how you would like to send it out. And you would go on top again and see there is a button for push report. Then you can just simply click on that button, give it a name, for example, status check, tax control, and add a recipient here, so who should exactly receive it. You can send it to yourself on a recurring basis. But now we also added the option for the ad hoc push report. So if someone requests some information just in ad hoc manner or due to newly introduces processes or entities and that is of special interest, then you can just send it out as a one-off exercise. And then you can add a personal message. For example, please review by end of month, for example.
And then at the end, you can select a report type. If you want to send it out just once and immediately, then you will just leave it as the ad hoc push report. Of course, you also have the recurring option, as mentioned. Now you can just click on send now. You will get a notification that the report has been sent, and I am going to now receive an email notification, as mentioned, with the link to the full report, as you see here. Of course, all these report activities are documented in Impero, so you can always go back and see what you have sent out, to whom, and at what time. For that, you can go to the list of our reports again, and then you can see under push report, the number for this report has increased to 5.
I can just simply click on this 5 sent push report and see, okay, actually, I have now sent out a push report here to myself in ad hoc manner, but who else also have received this report before. If you want to review the content that you sent out, you can also just click on this number and to just be aware of the content already shared with that person. Just to summarize, we have improved different features and also design in the report module to make it easier for you to monitor performance and to take interventions where needed. At the end, really to achieve better control results with this release. That was the introduction of the November release.
Amazing. Thanks so much, CC. It is really interesting to see everything with the updates to the reports, and I am sure there is a lot of people on here, I know you and I talked a little bit before, that a lot of people are using the status reports, but you are really, really encouraging them to make sure to use those ad hoc reports and show the power that the Impero platform has outwards to different departments or to however it may be relevant for, but also that the task-based reports are actually super important, beyond just the status reports, right? Awesome. Well, with that, we are going to welcome our next speaker, and I am just going to get the slides up here running. There we go.
That is Stina, who is going to. Now we have had a look at 2024 and everything that that brought, as well as the latest release, but now we are going to have a look at one of our upcoming releases, which will be coming in 2025. Stina.
Thanks, Jasmine. As Jasmine mentioned, I am going to talk to you about control testing, which is one of the more exciting and anticipated launches that the team has been working on. I joined Impero a few months ago to tackle just this challenge, to get these types of experiences to all of you faster and more meaningfully. I hope by the end of this webinar, you will have a better idea of just how we have been approaching that. Next slide. For many of you, control testing is not new, and it is a fundamental part of most financial reporting. It ensures that your internal controls are effective in safeguarding against fraud and errors. The problem, which many of you also know, however, lies often in the execution. Traditional control testing is often very manual. It is very time-consuming.
It is often disconnected from the larger compliance workflows, and teams or organizations often find themselves spending a lot of excessive time on planning or sampling or documentation, and very often too little time on generating very actionable insights. The new module that we have been working on addresses a lot of these challenges by offering a very modern, integrated approach that will streamline the process from planning to reporting, all within the Impero platform. Next slide. Regulations like SOX and other compliance standards are becoming, in many ways, global benchmarks. The phrase often, if it isn't documented, it didn't happen, has never been more relevant. For large enterprise teams, the scale of control testing can often be very overwhelming. For example, if you have 67 entities, 57 controls, this can often equal over 3,000 controls. It can lead to over 40,000 control activities each year.
Managing this manually is extremely daunting of a task. Even if you have a five-person audit team that is testing controls across 21 entities, they have to plan, pick samples, document the results, report those findings repeatedly. This becomes quite labor-intensive and also very error-prone because you likely don't have the team scaled at the same time that you need to do this at scale. With the control testing module, we are transforming this process into a more streamlined workflow that we hope will save you time and also reduce some of this complexity. Next slide. What is coming next with this module? Launching early next year, the module will allow teams or organizations working with internal controls to plan smarter with customizable templates and access controls. They can streamline sampling to focus on what really matters, which is avoiding unnecessary complexity.
Collaboration becomes a little more seamless by assigning tasks, reviewing activities, gathering evidence without those silos. In the months ahead, we are actively introducing even more powerful features, like driving insights by generating the conclusions and reports that you will need for potential audits, all backed by that real-time data and audit-ready documentation that you will need. We will also be scaling the control testing efforts across multiple entities without added complexity. Of course, we are continuing to talk to all of you, some of you are already involved in the beta testing, to make this compliance management part even simpler. With this module, we don't see this as just changing how you test the controls. We are also trying to make the management of compliance smarter, faster, more effective, and simpler. Stay tuned for the upcoming launch.
We're really excited to see how this can transform some of your workflows. Next slide. Now that we've covered the foundational overview of this, I want to dive into a little of how this actually works. Of course, there is a law that if you try to demo this in real-time, it will never work. If any of you are interested, we will have more information on this after. It is available. Some of you have already seen this, in terms of it functioning, but I don't want to chance it on this webinar with all of you the first time. I'm going to walk you through a real example, though, of control testing in financial internal controls, and it will give you a clear picture of how each step, at least in the platform, is designed to simplify that workflow.
As you know, control testing is at the heart of, or the foundation of financial internal controls in some way, with the three lines of defense, and it ensures compliance. This overview in the program gives you a little bit of a bird's eye view of all of the active and completed test programs, so you always know where things stand. Next slide. To get started, the module helps you define the conclusion tasks and your sample tasks. This ensures that everyone on the team is aligned from the outset. There's no ambiguity about what needs to be achieved. Next slide. Here's where the process starts. You begin to choose, actually, I think maybe the slide before that. No. Stay on this slide, sorry.
The process starts with choosing the specific control that you actually want to test, and we've made this step quite intuitive, so you can easily find and select the right control to focus on. Next slide. Once you've selected the control, the planning then becomes very crucial. You can start to define the test criteria, and the timeline. You can ensure that your approach aligns with the compliance objectives that you have. You'll notice that through the process, it looks very similar to some of the reviewer tasks that you've seen before, so the interface is quite seamless, and nothing actually changes too much. Next slide. Now in terms of it's time to execute. The system supports you in selecting the appropriate samples for testing. You can customize based on different risk factors. Next slide.
You also have the list of activities that match the sampling criteria, and you will eventually have a fully populated sample list, which is ready for analysis. But the tags, we've also heard very quickly feedback becomes very important if you're working at an entity level or you'd like to do basic reporting after, having those individually allows you to do that. Next slide. At this stage, or eventually you'll have a fully populated sample list, which is ready for analysis. You'll be able to ensure traceability and transparency. The review process eventually becomes seamless, so you can go sample by sample. Next slide. Ultimately, the system guides you through performing the overall tasks and selecting the samples.
Right now, this is quite manual, but we are working on a way so that you can eventually bulk, in some ways, but that will not be part of the first review. Next slide. You have your fully populated sample list, which is then ready for analysis. Next slide. The system guides you through performing that overall conclusion task and submitting the test. This ensures that your test results are actionable and ready for review. Next slide. Eventually you will be able to send those to the. There will be reporting, and you will also be able to follow up, essentially, with the tasks that will be coming in the months ahead. Ultimately, basically this step is going to ensure that the results are actionable and that you can actually review with the auditors and leadership.
Next slide.
Every feature I think you can see is designed with three principles in mind. It is the clarity, the compliance, and also the efficiency. We want you to spend less time on the admin work and more time on the meaningful outcomes in your compliance programs. Next slide. We would love your feedback, so I am going to hand it over to Jasmine to talk more about what is next, if you are ready to see how this feature can transform your control testing workflows.
Thanks so much, Dina, for walking us through. I think it is super interesting. I know a lot of people have heard about control testing, but really fun to see it live in action, and get a walkthrough of how a control testing program could look like. With that said, control testing will be coming as an add-on feature in mid-January, so we are very excited. It is something that is pending after the holidays. As an add-on feature, it will not automatically be available for all customers. If you are interested in getting beta release access to the control testing programs and setting those up, please do feel free to reach out to your account manager for more information. Just really excited about this. Thanks so much, Dina, for walking us through.
And with that, we also just want to share a couple resources as we wrap up here a little bit early. I know Giselle Brun mentioned it, our help center, so support.impero.com/knowledge. That's a great place. I know CC also puts all the release notes there, and there's lots of great informational videos, so really highly encourage you to check that out. We are also going to put the recording of this webinar there, as well as future product update webinars. To stay up to date with what we're doing as well, please do follow us on LinkedIn. We do make sure to keep you up to date on company news and what's happening with the product and any events we may be having. And we do also have our newsletters for that.
We both have the product newsletter with product-centric information, and our marketing newsletter, of course, has a little bit more other types of content, as well as invitations to webinars and stuff like that. But before we jump into the Q&A, which I know I can see a couple questions already beginning to tick in, so that's fantastic. I did just want to ask you, which feature from this here has made the biggest impact on your compliance workflow? So I just launched a poll, going to leave it up for a couple minutes. There's reviewer tasks, which I know Giselle Brun went through.
Something we didn't go through this time, but the enhanced control editor I know was a big hit when that was released, just being able to stylize those controls a little bit more, make sure that you're making it clear what people need to do in the control. Flexible reminders I know Giselle Brun walked through as well, was a very important thing. Task-based reports. Nobody has clicked it yet, which I think CC and I are on a campaign to try to get more people to use task-based reports in the future because it is super powerful. So if you take one thing away from here, if you haven't tried task-based reports yet, please go do try it. We've got control document previewer. I know that was a big wish as well, and at least when I attended one of the networking events, something people were very excited about.
Customizable control export, which Giselle Brun walked us through, or none of the above. And if none of the above are what has made the biggest change or impact in your compliance workflow, we're also going to be sending out a survey after the webinar, so we'd love to hear from you as well on what's making the biggest impact for you. I'm going to leave the poll and quiz up because there's quite a lot of answers to read through. But I do also want to make sure that we do start with the Q&A. And Morten, I think you had one that someone had pre-submitted earlier that maybe you want to share? Because I know they weren't able to attend live.
Yeah. I can do that. I think actually Giselle also answered it as well, or at least she did in the chat here. But the question is, we already have a lot of controls and how do we get started with reviewer tasks? I can read your answer out loud Giselle here. But essentially it would be either to go through the controls one by one, all the previous, all the legacy controls. They will share the previous setup, so you can slow and steady update them one by one. If you have something or say we actually have a framework in place for our reviews in general, reach out to your customer success manager and we can make a plan for how to do a mass change on this.
Amazing. Thanks, Morten. Great. I am happy someone is asking that question because that means they are interested in starting to use reviewer tasks, which you should. Great. The next question we have is for you, CC, and it is regarding the push reports. Someone is wondering, is it possible to create and send a push report to someone that contains controls from programs that the person does not have access to?
Yes, it is possible to do that. That person who does not have the access towards the specific control program can view the key statistics in the report, so including the bar chart, but also the table part. But that person cannot enter each control activities to see exact control results. So that makes sure that the person still gets an idea and the overview of the performance, but does not see the content that he is not allowed to see. So yeah, I hope that answers the question.
That is perfect. Thanks so much for sharing, CC, and that just makes it that much more collaborative as well. So really great to hear that someone is wondering if that is possible. One of the other questions we also have is currently, and I think, CC, you might be the right person as well, but anyone else feel free to chime in. Currently, access rights are granted at a control program level for viewers. For example, auditors. Are we planning to develop segregation of duties at an entity level?
We have heard about this wish from many customers that a bit more differentiated access rights could be useful within the control program. Really to support more flexibly assign access rights to entities using the same control content. We are definitely looking into different ideas and would like to talk a bit more with a different customer to see what are actually the different scenarios to find the ideal solution for that. Yeah, it's definitely under our radar, and it's one of the most important things of the customer requests that we are aware of.
Amazing. Thanks so much, CC, for answering that as well. I think those were all the questions that we had. I know there's a couple other questions that came in that they're very specific to those organizations, so we'll make sure to follow up with you personally. But with that, I think we just want to say a really big thank you for joining our end-of-year product update webinar. As I mentioned, we are going to be hosting these on a quarterly basis going forward. We look forward to welcoming you on one of those. Thank you, everyone.
