Mitsides Public Company Limited, together with its subsidiaries, produces and sells flour and pasta in Cyprus, Serbia, and internationally.
The company operates through four segments: Production and Distribution of Flour; Production and Distribution of Pasta and Related Products; Import and Distribution of Raw Materials for Confectionery and Bakery; and Import and Distribution of Wheat.
It offers long, nests, short, special, kids, whole wheat, filled, and gluten free pasta; village, self-raising, plain, farina, semolina, whole meal, all-purpose, fine semolina, and stoneground durum whole meal flour; bulgur, fine bulgur, and hard wheat; and chopped tomatoes and chopped tomatoes with onion, as well as tomato paste and passata.
The company also provides pasta sauces, including cacio e pepe, red pesto, alfredo, bolognese, basilico, arrabbiata, napoletana, and al pesto; large chickpeas, medium beans, and fine and large lentils; wild parboiled, parboiled, basmati, and long and medium grain rice; and cyprus village and cyrus ravioli.
In addition, it offers frozen food, such as mezzelune caprese, ravioli with ricotta and spinach, saccottini 4 cheese, and tortelloni with mushrooms; chicken and vegetable bouillon in cubes, as well as vegetable bouillon powder; noodles and noodles cups; and raw materials for confectionary and baking.
The company was formerly known as Chr. & C.
Mitsides Ltd and changed its name to Mitsides Public Company Limited in July 2005. Mitsides Public Company Limited was founded in 1932 and is headquartered in Nicosia, Cyprus.
